Have you even been into any other countries like UK, Canada, Australia, NZ etc and experienced the study methods there. Firstly you need to have knowledge on that. The first thing is the education system in India is so bad and you said peoples at those counties doesn't know their work who said?? the international countries only prefer Indian nursing after recruiting from those developed and people from well educated countries like those. Then Indian edu system is more bookish that can't never bring anything in the workplace. But for those countries they doing studies to apply in their lives.According to those bookish system only can do is mixing those in grinders and sit. They are no much in practicals as compared to developed countries and even they have the best technologies out there. Indian medical system is stucked on their 80's things like undeveloped lab and practical works that is soo..... This comment purely shows frustration don't be frustrated. Each one have their own things that's it!!!!
