whenever i forgot my goals and i get down in this deep depression and my severe anxiety starts to take over. i begin to lose hope in myself but then i begin to think of a bigger picture to why i go through failure and why i have to deal with my social anxiety and that's to further my future in the best and most positive way that i can. life has been truly hard for me these past months and the only thing that has been getting me through all of it are your videos. thank you so much man and please keep making them.

As someone who was stuck chasing the shoes of our fastest runner in XC, our high school’s all-star; someone who was stuck as 1st squad leader in bootcamp, just 10-20 seconds behind our company’s fastest runner, who was also my platoon’s guide, the first place to my second in our platoon; “what if second place is NO LONGER good enough?”, is exactly what I’ve been training with recently, training to be the fastest I can be, the fastest in my section, my family. I’ve always been decent at running and in faster than I’ve ever been and it’s still not good enough because I haven’t held that first place title yet. But I will. And so will anyone fighting for first place too who happens to read this. It’s easy to get caught up in who surpassed you in the past, but are they even still training right now? Does it matter? Keep pushing. Keep training. Keep growing. As a wise man once said: “Stay hard”🤙

I’m training for REAL Superpowers.
Amen I lost alot of myself and I'm gaining a loaded support group to help me out from angel messengers who's inspiring me to keep fighting all my turmoils to bring myself outta the darkness.
After what I've gone through I'm over coming narcissistic bullying abuse P.T.S.D flashback symptoms I'm training in the gym to fight my oppressors and jealous envious opponents I'm taking recognizing it wasn't my fault for the bullying to occur I was under a lot of peer pressure and felt like I had to serve my enemies needs till it was over I'm hanging and fighting everyday trying to surivive and make it...I'm like a hero who's has to battle villians it wasn't easy fighting battles I endured but others don't understand what I had to do to break from the terror
I feel light glowing in my spirit after enduring so much pain...i never should have done nothing nice for no body where i would have been easily manipulated but i didn't know what to expect on how evil toxic people think and how they cause trouble how they put others down over constant mistakes as they reveal who they are where i should remove myself from idiots I've suffered enough but I'm learning and growing from it,I'm trying to.
I've had one of those terrible days where i had to keep proving myself to show I'm not afraid of anything coming at me where it's worn me out i think what I've gone was a mental ,emotional psychological attack but since it's over the night mares are going away I'm healing up after being manipulated so damn much ,I'm sleeping better at night without anymore insomniac problems.
There was this girl named tila my second ex job coach who was reminding me that it's important to be greateful of things I get not hateful of anyone who's malicious and cruel to me she would say....I'm a gifted man and a good person who tries to help others who need uplifting as I would i believe I'm gonna alright I endured a lot of pain but I'm working on building myself up to be resilient,authentic to show love to those who are too ignorant to give it.
She would tell me that I'm a goodman based on my progress at my job others say I'm treated like I'm heroic who uses my powers of greatness to fight evilness and encourage others to never retaliate in B.S to spread peace and kindness as much as they can...I go through a lot everyday but with exercise and medation I'm fighting through the storms there's more battles coming god made me a chosen one I'm always on missons to do what I gotta do to surivive be successful or die trying.
I would tell myself what if this what if that...where i would tell myself what if i give something a try and see what happens ,what if i don't listen to obstacles brought me where i am for a reason, what if i stop listening to negative people's opinions who are too full of themselves who can't do what i do if i don't let them bring me down...what if i stop making a excuses an just do what I'm suppose to do if i fail then I'll give up through faith but if i try at least i won't get everything right at least I've gave it my best shot...i had to start giving myself credit being optimistic then to be sadistic about everything it's hard letting go of the past but i know it's how you'll find freedom when you realize what doesn't matter an what shouldn't affect you if you've learned from it.
