Thanks so much for taking us on vacation with you. I have never been to Europe and I am enjoying your experiences which are down to basics, as I would have done. G'day Guys!👍👍👍💫
Thanks for sharing your London adventures. Can't wait to see what's on your next video. Just love Lisa's laugh on Chester and Lester. Funny, my brother in-law has twin nephews named Chester and Lester.
Another great vlog...yes the pub was rebuilt after the Great Fire of London which started in Baker Stret in 1666. The actual county of Cheshire is in the North West of England and is famous for Cheshire cheese where it originated from and is delicious. You did cover London well considering your time limits. Please come back....
Loved your London vlogs. Wish I was there. Haven’t been since 2019. Prefer to visit when it’s warmer though. I don’t know if anyone else mentioned it but the original London Bridge was reconstructed in Lake Havasu, Arizona. Enjoy your travels and keep safe.
Hi guys and Hallooo! You covered alot of ground. Your video is great. Enjoyed the tour of Cheshire Cheese. So quaint and cozy. A lot of history there. Thanks for taking us on your travels.
Great job guys, love your videos of London, one of the places that I would love to visit but can’t due to being family caregiver. Thanks for sharing your adventures and I’ll be looking forward to seeing more of them.
Forgot to mention in my previous comment I wish I had your stamina being able to do all you did after flying all that way and having to deal with the time difference. For me here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, London is 5 hours ahead. But you have to deal with the difference from the west coast of the US. Bravo to you both. Hope you caught up on your sleep when you got home.
Tyvm, all the places you have traveled to either in the US or abroad, I will never have the chance to go and visit...so I really appreciate you both for giving us the opportunity to visit other places through watching all your videos 🤗...I'm disabled and can barely walk or see, so I just watch youtube videos to keep me occupied 😉...
Bill and Lisa, guess what? My Costco now has rib caps! Since, Friday is payday, I guess this weekend I'll be going to Niles, Illinois Costco with my rice cooker and George Foreman Grill.
Always love all your videos!! London England rocks 🎉 glad you guys are sharing your fun travels !!!! 😊 most of us wouldn't be able to see such nice places if you didn't post on UA-cam 😊❤ have safe travels!!
Enjoyed your trip to London from your flight experience video to this one. I wish you stayed longer. You guys are so lucky to take these trips. Take care.
Hey up guys Hiya bill&lisa Aloha🏝 it looks like a chilly day huh no🌞... wow Cheshire cheese place looks very ancient and looking down those stairways😬 but Onolicious grines indeed😋 awesome landmarks👍see yall on da nex one guys 💕🤙
I have always been fascinated by the incredible architecture in London, and the walking video showcases it beautifully. Sending like and support from Bangalore. ❤
Hi Bill and Lisa! Ok you both are tempting me with London now…I have always wanted to go to the markets! Ok I have gently coaxed future hubby for 4 day Paris upcoming trip! Now I need to figure out how to suggest 2 day London trip…😊I think the fish and chips would be worth the trip!!! Video was great as usual…thanks for video-loved the intro with you two teasing each other. Glad you two had a wonderful trip…now how do you two deal with jet lag? Take care!
That’s a lot of walking you both did to The Tower of London and The River Thames ❤ The pub you went to in the City of London is very haunted 👻. Bless you both 🙏🏻💚✨✨✨✨♥️
Thanks for the great videos, just wondering if there is someplace I can stay where everything is located so I can go to London without taking a tour bus, or car to get to everything, Harrods etc.
Premier Inn is a good budget hotel chain in the UK, with several central London locations. We stayed in the one directly across the Thames from Parliament, perfect location. We took the Tube everywhere (including to Harrods) for a fraction of what cabs/Uber cost.
Really enjoyed seeing London in this series of videos. Hope you go back again. Have to agree with Bill that the fish and chips in US will never again be same after London! Wondered about the red phone booths seen in background in many areas, were they just tourist props or do people actually still use them?
Great question, Angela! We have some vacation time in the coming months and we're discussing our options. Choices will boil down to (airplane) seat availability, weather and hotel costs. Stay tuned!
@@billandlisa my nurse schedule doesn’t allow for much freedom, but I have 3 vac time this year and likely will go to those countries. Seen France and Spain but not Portugal.
I so wish people would venture out of London and see the real England, I live 45 minutes on train from London and havnt been for years . When you have seen it once it you are wasting your money . Get the train and go west out of Heathrow or to the other side to kent or go north a bit beautifull that dont cost a fortune to stay or eat
Hi guys. I was born, partly raised and worked in London. Great city to visit, especially in spring or summer.
Thanks so much for taking us on vacation with you. I have never been to Europe and I am enjoying your experiences which are down to basics, as I would have done. G'day Guys!👍👍👍💫
You are so welcome!

You know I will, just like Tim Lee, you all keep it real and that's why I enjoy and look forward each week for your videos 👍🤗...
We appreciate that, Jade. =)

Nice trip guys...One day I have to take the family there
Thanks Chuck! Stay longer than the 2 days like we did. lol. So much to see, do, and eat!
Love these little nook and crannies of the olde Cheshire. Probably need 2 weeks to see a good chunk of London.
Agreed on needing more time, we just scratched the surface. lol

Jet lag... Didn't really bother us too much. Just stay up the first day and sleep your normal time.
You went to see Big Ben ? I’ve never been to
London. The Cheshire food looks good. Mash and bangers mate
Saw it from a distance, didn't get a chance to see it up close.
Beautiful 🤩

Great multi part series in London, although would have loved some pro tips!
Any tips we had were mentioned as it happened, probably not many tips though. lol. Thanks for watching the series!

Not too many countries, few repeat ones like France, Netherlands and Japan. Q&A.. Will have to wait until 2024. lol. Happy St Patty's Day!
London bridge is in lake Havasou AZ
The London Bridge is actually in Lake Havasu, AZ
Yes, couldn't think of it, but knew it's in the US.

Pretty sure they're working phone booths.
Fabulous Chinatown please!

A quick practical question please Bill, Can I use my travel kettle in the US, 100-127 v? Thank you.
You should be able to. US uses 120 volts at 60 Hz.
@@billandlisa thank you, it will save a small fortune at Starbucks in the morning before we go out for the day....
Love The Channel Where Did You Stay In London On This Trip? Thanks
Thanks Anthony! We stayed at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel, 31-36 Liecester Square, London. ua-cam.com/video/jfFqWlKbYSU/v-deo.htmlsi=ds-ltzL6AAWQgHUw
@@billandlisa Awesome Thank You!~
Do you check your watch everyday for step count? Seems like you must walk miles.
We hit around 10 miles that day. lol
leicester Square forever! 😅❤
At 04:34...THAMES RIVER is pronounced TEMS.
Thanks, we're trying. lol
Wow that taxi fare was £££. I’m curious why did we skip the tube?? Were they on strike?
We rode the tube, just wanted to get the taxi experience.
I have to say, I've never been to Chester square - is it a new area?
Not sure when it was established.
Chester Square is located in the Belgravia district. I believe it was established during the 1820s.
How were the beers Bill?
Cold and tasty! We liked them.
I’m just curious why is there song titles throughout the video?
Not sure we follow, what do you mean by song titles? Ads?

Mind your P's and Q's
Thames is pronounced: Temz. They mispronounce EVERYTHING in the UK!
Many streets in London used to be under water. Looks like global warming will make that happen again!
Great Series, loved it!
