+John Fujiwara I'm more of a racquetball player myself but, from my understanding stroke is when a player does not try to get out of way of the ball so your opponent has a chance to hit the ball. let is when a player try to get out of way of the ball but is not quick enough to move out of the way so your opponent has a chance to hit.
Running the wrong way is no let or stroke in my book but, I'm a beginner 3:34 no let, 4:08 stroke, 6:02 no let, 7:29 stroke.
