Loraine, a subscriber, hadn't mentioned that the Beauty of Joseon Centella Mask works well for her rosacea, the other one I believe she has mentioned was the mask from Benton, the Goodbye Redness one. Both are really nice, definitely worth a try in my opinion.

Sarah that was awesome, thank you!! I’m totally checking several of these out. The only sheet mask I ever tried is neutrogena hydrogel. It adheres all thickly and bouncy to my face and holds in serum for ages. Love it! Not sure what it does long term, probably has nothing compared to all the goodies in your recommendations but I’ve purchased many times. Happy you’re having happy 4th ❤️🤍💙❤️🤍💙!!!

I havent used sheetmasks in a long time. I used to love the Too Cool for School egg firming masks. Now i just use my favorite hydrating serums and use a silicone mask overtop. Less waste.
But that Klairs one sounds tempting.
It sounds like quite a few people do that, I'm going to have to try that out.
The Muji ones are pretty nice. I love the lulunlun ones and ordered the Joie Cellule even tho they have fragrance they're packed with human growth factors. And you never go wrong with hada labo.
I'm going to have to check those out and add them to my next order- I can put up with fragrance if the beneficial ingredients outweigh them!

Hi Sarah glad you like the BofJ sheet mask and was surprised at being mentioned - so thanks. My favourites are the Benton centella, the Klairs and the BofJ so far, but there are a few I haven't tried yet shown today. That's a fairly extensive list of masks so that's fab. I don't use sheet masks all that often, but I do like them for when my skin feels parched or as an occasional treat.
I've ordered some J beauty to try - Curel essence and cleanser. I'll let you know how I get on with it. It has eucalyptus extract, but I was always ok with that in the old version of the FAB cream - so here's hoping. It was on a good deal on Boots online, so it's easily accessible for me. It is targeted at dry/sensitive skin, so worth a try I think. The Hado labo stuff doesn't really work that great on me, due to my skin's dislike of lots of HA...I know it's super popular with everyone else though. The Curel is based on ceramides which my skin does like and is due for delivery tomorrow (the 6th). Best wishes.
You'll have to let me know how the curel works for you! Fingers crossed it is a winner so you'll have to keep me posted. So happy you mentioned the BOJ and Benton masks, I might not have tried them otherwise and they were really great masks, especially for us with sensitive skin! Hopefully others with sensitive skin will be able to enjoy them as much as we have!

O I also wanted to tell u about a trick i have been doing with the midnight serum take the beplain baboo ampul and put alittle in your palm and put the midnight serum on it mix and put it on your face i have been enjoying doing that at night i put the bamboo in the fridge to .

I totally agree that sometimes things are too cute to open up. When you held the Pokemon masks I showed my husband and said I love them but I don't think I could bring myself to open them(or it would be an embarrassingly difficult struggle lol), and he says naw of course you can use it. But the collector in me wouldn't let me! I plan on getting the Anessa sunscreens with my next kbeauty order, but I wish they designed them to be refillable!

I just by the compressed sheet masks and soak it in toner, essence, and/or serum. It's less $$ and I know it's fragrance & EO free.

I tried that but I find it soaked up too much toner. Silicone reusable sheet mask works better for me with a lot less waste. In particular, I love the yellow Experiment silicone sheet mask.

So glad you found me here! 😃 So in this video I'm wearing the following:
Purito Vitamin C Serum, then I mixed the Protini Polypeptide Cream with the Drunk Elephant D Bronzi Serum. I like to have a bit of Glow in the summer time so those two mixed together work well. Sometimes I mix a small amount of the NYX Mixing Drops with my moisturizer, and the CoverFX custom Mixing drops also work well (but not sure if they've discontinued that or not). For sunscreen I'm wearing the Elta MD UV Clear Tinted SPF 46. For the summer I prefer the tinted version of this sunscreen. For foundation I'm wearing the Becca Light Shifter Tinted Moisturizer in the shade 2.5 Light Seeker. In most of my other videos I'm wearing the Dr Jart Premium BB Cream but in today's video I changed it up a bit. Then after that I apply the Jouer Set & Refresh Setting Powder in the shade light/ Clair. Then a small amount of the Hourglass Bronzer in the shade Radiant Bronze. After that a dusting of the Laura Gellar Diamond Dust Baked Gelato Highlighting Powder. Hope that helps, let me know if you have other questions!

I know what you mean. I've gotten good using mine up, every week when I clean I put one on, helps me feel more upscale while I Scrub the toilet, lol 🤣🤣 Other than that, I rarely allocate the time to use them.

I have the beauty of joeson centella sheet mask I really like it. I think a good way to do sheet mask take ur favorite toners essense or those 1thing toners get the sheets that have no stuff on them and make your own . I use to love sheet mask but now I'm just not as into them I rather put a wash of mask on.

I can't figure out if I enjoy the mugwort masks, but I feel like a sheet mask would deliver the benefits better than the jar mask form, for me anyways. I got a small tube of the I'm from Mugwort and honey masks. I don't know how thick the mask layer should be with chunks of mugwort. But maybe the essence form is different? I never really saw much effect from the mugwort mask but I've heard SO many people praise it. I got it but I still feel like I'm missing out.
Mugwort is an interesting ingredient in the fact that research on its benefits are iffy, some research shows it can be Calming and some doesn't show much. I think it probably just depends. I think for some types of irritated skin it can help but for normal skin it just might not be with it and you could benefit more from other ingredients. Sometimes you just don't know until you try it.
When i first got into k beauty back in 2017 i bought a bunch of peach slices sheet masks at cvs. My first BURNED and was red every time. I didnt know how bad essential oils were back then!! Ow
Essential oils are so sneaky, especially when the product says "fragrance free... no synthetic fragrance" most people don't quite understand how it is just marketing until you have a reaction or until they do some research. So confusing for consumers.
@@NOBSBeauty i was naive! They made essential oils sound beneficial to skin. My face has never felt hot before! I thought that meant it was working or something! Lol. Thank goodness i’m more educated on ingredients now☺️, cant trust marketing! I dont use anything with fragrance or an EO even in wash off form! By the way im not loving the native sunscreen im SO disappointed .. its giving me drunk elephant umbra vibes bc theres no silicones. Except this one doesnt pill.. just feels kinda drying until I reapply. There is a whitecast but they claimed not to have one SMH.
Are there any US sunscreens with a high PPD or PA ++++ ratings? If so, would you do a video on them?
Hmm... going to have to do some digging on that. Nothing comes to mind at the moment but I'm sure there are some out there.

I've only tried the Body Butter so far, which is decent (nothing exceptional), but I've heard good things about the mask. I'd be curious about your thoughts on the line, if you decide to review it ☺️

Simple skincare have fragrance free sheet masks their ingredients is very minimal
I'm going to have to check them out, I've had really good luck with most products from Simple. Really underrated brand.
I don't buy sheet masks because they are horrible for our planet. They are single use products, usually made of plastic and packaged in tons of plastic. Only a tiny bit of all this plastic gets recycled and the majority ends up in landfills and oceans... Recently I have seen that some online stores announced that they are planning to stop selling sheet masks and other single-use skincare products, like makeup wipes and exfoliating pads 🙅🏻♂️ This is such a great move and I hope that more brands and stores will follow the example.
Very good points- I've heard a lot of people using the cotton expandable ones and soaking them with their favorite toner- going to have to try that next, I hadn't even thought of it until it was mentioned today. Kind of excited to give it a try tonight!
