At the end the "on" is a C#5 and the "two" is a B5 if I'm not mistaken. Both are very high, even for a tenor like him. It probably depends on the person for which is harder. For exemple, someone who works on his chest and chest/mix range would be able to pull of this high C# way easier than someone who liked to train his falsetto/head voice, who would be more likely to sing the B5 with less trouble.

I can hit all the mix notes but my head voice is not any higher than my mix and I don't have a falsetto so I can't even hit the E5 falsetto in the original, but could hit like C#5/D5 in mix.

Oh my.
It's easier to hit higher notes with vowels that open your mouth more because they help avoid getting a flat note since it's harder to get a pretty-sounding high note with vowels that use a closer mouth.
Demi Lovato, for instance, does this a lot. In "Heart Attack" she starts singing "you make me glo - o - o - a - a - ow so it's easier to reach the higher parts.
By contrast, it's easier to sing closed vowels on lower notes, as they're less likely to go flat than their more open ones.
