I noticed all these high engine pushers have that rudder Trim tab.

Mines does, but so does the Cessna 172 I fly. Every airplane has P Factor. Thanks for watching my video.

Very nice home build! Lots of mods. How many hours build time? Is that a home made gas tank or special order from Excalibur?

Thank you. Original build time was a little longer than Tom says. But when I just did the recovering and paint and nose cone mod that was pretty time consuming. I built the fuel tank. I didn’t show the access hatch on the bottom of the plane. Tom at Excalibur helped me a lot with updating my instruments and bringing my plane up to date. I had a stratomaster panel before what a waste of money. So much happier with what I have now. Enjoy the view outside the plane.

I also own an Excalibur, but it was never built. Currently I'm working on my Challenger 2, which is on Puddle Jumper amphibious floats. What is it about the floats you have that you are having trouble with? I don't plan on putting my Excalibur on Floats, just some larger tires. When I get to building it that is. Cheers from Winnipeg.

Hello Winnipeg, for one there much heavier then advertised. The right main landing gear collapsed on my first landing. I failed to lock. The company was sold and offered no help other than selling me a new improved landing gear for 5000 dollars. So after repairing the hole in my float and 3 months hard work to get the gear to work properly I’m finally flying it again. I enjoy your videos. Happy building from Sunny Florida!
