"Marš na Drinu" is a march that originated from WW1 Serbia, dedicated to Col. Milivoje Stojanović who fought during the Battle of Cer, but died in the Battle of Kolubara. The march is still used by Serbia. Like many former marches and folk songs, the Yugoslav government adapted them into a socialist-march style.
I do not represent any of the ideologies, countries, or religions shown on this channel. The purpose of this channel and its content is to historically present the music at hand and does not show support for nor against the party on screen, rather a neutral preservation standpoint so that the music is not lost to time. Not all parties shown on Danjori are widely accepted, however, I merely upload their songs to record history, good or bad.

Zivela Srbija. Ako Bog da, Srbija ce imati obe bale Drine. Pozdrav iz Grka.
absolute gold! my favourite march of all
Always on the side of humanity. Long live Serbia. And Yugoslavia
U boj krenite junáci svi,
kren’te i ne žal’te žìvot svȏj!
Cer nek vidi stroj,
Cer nek čuje boj
A reka Drina

Man, this is such a different version for Mars na drina
It's just because it has an intro and then on goes the solo.
No mate it is not. What you are hearing is the original Mars na Drinu composed by Stanislav Binicki in 1914 in honor of the Serbian victory on Mount Cer. The version with the text was written only in 1964 and the text is in this second part of the composition with which everyone is familiar.

Početak je Cerski marš
Pro tip: Travel back in time to Vienna 1917, blast this at full volume. Enjoy collapsing empire
@@U.N.S.R I think you missed the point of the joke
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeess
10/10 timing with the upload since I literally went to search for Mars na drinu to listen to and found this
Some people invent things,TITO invented a country and an unaligned group of countrys that held no allegiance to the superpowers, respect ❤

🇭🇺❤️🇷🇸
This is Serbian march, it doesent have any touch points with Yugoslavia at all, it's Serbian patriotic march which was composed to commemorate the Serbian victory in Battle of Cer during World War I and came to be seen as a symbol of Serbian resistance and victory in the World War I.

This sounds Turkish.
It is classic military march played with fifes, brass instruments, brass crash cymbals and other instruments usually played during military march.
I have no idea how you concluded this sounds even remotely similar to anything Turkish.
@@trade1713 listen to serbian turbofolk , it sound similar to Turkish music.
Sounds partially Islamic.
??????
More like Turkish, they ruled Serbia for 350 years.

I zaista, fantastična koračnica!
