Just an observation, when you cut those charge pipes for the intercooler, you DEFINITELY want to either have the ends rolled, or at least get a pair of wire crimper that have the bump in the end that you can crimp a roll into the end of the tubing. I have built quite a few turbo cars, and I learned that the hard way.
I think Robbie said he didn’t go for welds because he can’t TIG weld, probably none of his buddies can either and I’m guessing he didn’t want to go and pay someone to do it especially during lockdown and stuff
Dude, I would love to have some home improvement vids too! I loved the shop update/upgrade vids, I’m sure plenty of people would like seeing the house content too
Looks good, the cold side piping seems kinda long, shouldn’t really matter but I would have done a cooler with in/out in the same side shortening your piping. Quicker route to the t body is always better
The amount of effort that is behind these videos. Even just searching for parts is difficult but the payijg for some of them and then install them. Respect
Robbie to be honest it would be best if you upgrade to a cx racing rsx intercooler as it’s like 200$ off of eBay it’s removes headache and clock the turbo to the fire wall, it would also helps it boost too.
Hey Robbie, why not go from turbu to the leftside of motor, down to the rad, and then pop from under de light on the right to the manifold? It would be less tube and cleaner look 😎 with the length of the tube you have there you will have a bunch of trubo lag...
robbie, you really should get a vertical flow intercooler that has its inlet/outlet both on the drivers side, would simplify the intercooler piping sooo much and be way cleaner, not to mention spool faster in theory because the piping is shorter
That top thing you called a "map sensor" is most likely the intake air temperature sensor. I dont mess with k series but on a b series the sensor on the intake manifold is the iat and on the throttle body is the map
13:20 No. A garrett turbo is over 2000$, and a brand name kit usually is like 5000, you can add whatever you want on top of your ebay kit, you're still gonna be way cheaper.
You should really invest in an intercooler with the inlet and outlet on the same side. Reduce the the amount if piping used, and lower the boost pressure being lost.
Wow, I love K-tuned parts. They're ALWAYS such beautifully designed and manufactured parts. I have their adjustable coilovers on my turbo J32A and six speed manual swapped CG1 Accord and they've always been so awesome. My car rides so much better than even my Cadillacs did, and it's two inches from the ground. I love K-tuned and I have many many parts from them between my Accord and my fully built EJ8 Civic that makes 612 whp.
I would get a new intercooler with both inlets on the same side, you could of spent a little more for a Rsx eBay turbo kit and maybe would have been better fitment
hahahah "I love it, because it looks so sh***ty right now!" Exactly how I DON'T feel on everyone of my flip videos. LMAO the best statement ever. Love the content Robbie keep it up.
Absolutely in love with this car!! All the parts are premium!! You will upset a lot of people if you don't line up races in this train after the project is finished!!! SUPER EXCITED FOR THIS TO RUN!
u should get quick release oil drain plugs for all ur cars... my dad and i put one on his truck this weekend... it will make SO easier to change ur oil... and u wont get oil ALL over the ground... and if u get a hose to go on the little nipple that they come with u can put the end of the hose in ur oil catcher thing and then oil dosent go everywhere
Hey so right now all your piping is circulating clockwise, what if the ''out'' of the turbo actually went on towards the passenger side, wouldn't you need much less pipe? Cause now it seems you need a bunch of extra pipe from the throttle body to the intercooler.
Couldn't you route the hot side to the left side of the engine and cold side directly to the throttle body? Also like a person mentioned in the comments, don't forget to roll the edge of your piping if you don't want to blow while under boost...
Do what I did when I had a project, and 4 ridiculously large fish tanks... pick the wall colour and paint the spot that will have the collection on so you can set it up, and it’s already painted the colour you want :) it looks like dookie for a while but it’s a construction site, haha.
"Im just super thankful it fell in this car, of all cars" he says about his car which was meant to just be cheapish but ending up being his best car... Youre killing it man!
the 2 90's that come off the throttle body need be reduced, so it tucks in closer to the throttle body. hope that makes sense... looks weird cuz they're so long
Gonna be totally honest that ic piping is kinda killing it it’s too long and too much couplers I suggest getting a ic with the inlet and outlet on the same side like a regular sidewinder turbo ic piping setup is it’ll clean up the bay and wil reduce lag due to it being shorter
You may have some unexpected turbo lag due to the amount of pipe that has to be pressurized while tuning. You may want to find a way to cut out 2-3 feet of that charge tunnel. Good luck anyway
I love the build but I think the intercooler pipe on the hot side looks horrible . Look up better ways I think running the pipe from turbo lower is the way to go . Also get the pipes welded instead of all the couplers. And a dual back door intercooler would have made it much cleaner, and not 30 feet of pipe
Really wish you could have clocked the turbo down or at least back. I think it would have looked sick if the pipes were lower down. Shame there wasn't room.
What's that store called? I'm starting my own hotwheels wall and I would love to check that store out after this crap is over! Love the channel man, thanks for keeping me sane during the day!
6th time asking for “robbies garage tunes” on Spotify. Last time someone replied with a link on Spotify of the song’s that he uses in vids. If you dont know im curious of what robbie listens to when he is just vibing or working on his cars not the sings he uses in his videos.👍

Was going to say something similar.
And he should weld some longer pieces together.
I was thinking weld the whole thing and not worry about it popping off
@@justinguarino201 yes indeed and it would help with the clean look.
I think Robbie said he didn’t go for welds because he can’t TIG weld, probably none of his buddies can either and I’m guessing he didn’t want to go and pay someone to do it especially during lockdown and stuff
Can’t wait for the hot wheels collection 😂
Right! I've been waiting and waiting.
robbie. mount the intercooler above the transmission to minimize piping. plus you can add a scoop on the hood to increase engine bay ventilation.
So you’re telling him to do it the subie way?
Dude, I would love to have some home improvement vids too! I loved the shop update/upgrade vids, I’m sure plenty of people would like seeing the house content too
You always upload right when I am about to do my homework 😂
But thanks, you are helping me procrastinate.
Same

Most Honda guys when running the rbc will run the map sensor on the lower portion! Block off that top one! And the lower one looks better anyway!

When you spoil your car with amazing K tune parts, do a showstopper engine bay and you just buy the jankiest ebay turbo kit🤣
#commitedcrew

No. A garrett turbo is over 2000$, and a brand name kit usually is like 5000, you can add whatever you want on top of your ebay kit, you're still gonna be way cheaper.
Also make sure you calibrate the tps sensor when you get ready to start it!
Robbie you're one of the few people who can get me invested in a civic build, keep up the good work my guy!
You should really invest in an intercooler with the inlet and outlet on the same side. Reduce the the amount if piping used, and lower the boost pressure being lost.

Your probably better to get a intercooler that both inlet and out run on one side closer to the driverside itll save you on piping.
4:37 for everyone that wants to see shocked robbie over and over again ( like im doing rn)
you need a different intercooler for sure. that setup would probably spool 500rpm faster with an intercooler with outlets on the same side
Literally my dream build, I want a K or H swap EK9 so bad. I have a EJ6 and I love it man, they are awesome cars!
Never clicked faster in my life
Fr
Chris looks so weird after he shaved lmao
lol right, totally different.
Make sure you bubble the end of each intercooler piping so it doesnt pop off
have the turbo point and run under the Cowl. It'll be lower in the bay, looks like it'll fit. and still give clearance for the shifter cables?
M8 don’t put to much sealant on the oil pan, it will get mixed with the oil and later it can gives problems in your engine. 👌👌👌
I would get a new intercooler with both inlets on the same side, you could of spent a little more for a Rsx eBay turbo kit and maybe would have been better fitment
Never finished the car thanks to all of you 🤣🤣🤣
Can't wait to see it runing!!!
05 accord is cable driven, so is the rsx and the ep3
hahahah "I love it, because it looks so sh***ty right now!" Exactly how I DON'T feel on everyone of my flip videos.
LMAO the best statement ever. Love the content Robbie keep it up.
Love the hatch build! Convincing me to get mine going already! Great content.
Also lmk how that turbo kit works if you can! Not a fan of cheapo’s but just want a nice, clean build.
Absolutely in love with this car!! All the parts are premium!! You will upset a lot of people if you don't line up races in this train after the project is finished!!! SUPER EXCITED FOR THIS TO RUN!
this car is walking down many cars

With the K20C1 turbo coming as a crate engine with wiring harness and all. Would that be in the play for a build?
Do what I did when I had a project, and 4 ridiculously large fish tanks... pick the wall colour and paint the spot that will have the collection on so you can set it up, and it’s already painted the colour you want :) it looks like dookie for a while but it’s a construction site, haha.

Keep the grind up Robbie. Road to 1 million baby.
This might be my favorite series yet 🔥
Stoked to see it in its completion!!
the 2 90's that come off the throttle body need be reduced, so it tucks in closer to the throttle body. hope that makes sense... looks weird cuz they're so long
Feel like maybe it would look better if you sprayed the intercooler piping black?
Gonna be totally honest that ic piping is kinda killing it it’s too long and too much couplers I suggest getting a ic with the inlet and outlet on the same side like a regular sidewinder turbo ic piping setup is it’ll clean up the bay and wil reduce lag due to it being shorter
Getting me excited to start building the eg i have my eyes on🤩
You should get red connectors to match the head
K swap intercooler!!!!! Would take a lot of that pipping out!
You should get leds to put under your hood
Could the IC pipe from turbo not go left?
My first video of yours ever seen super clean instant sub instant like keep up the amazing work
Hey robbie what are your option on saabs I got a 2003 9-3 2.0t
oh how i love the longer vids when they work, like this one
When are you going to install internal parts?
Where did you get the bolt in bung
Does Robbie not know the difference between inner and outer tie rods? Did the listing say it came with 'tie rods' or 'out tie rods'?
You may have some unexpected turbo lag due to the amount of pipe that has to be pressurized while tuning. You may want to find a way to cut out 2-3 feet of that charge tunnel. Good luck anyway
Where did you get the bolt on an fitting?
might wanna check the other lights
Big throttle body's not gonna do jack. we told you to port that intake manifold before bolting it onnnnn....
I get this feeling that there's a new video and wouldn't you know it, there is!
Love the content robbie keep it up hopefully Ill see you at some car meets this summer
Hey Bro. Could send a link to very thing I'll need to buy for that set up?
Yo, has anyone else in the US not gotten their knit cap, and CC tag yet?? I'm just curious bc I haven't yet.
I love the build but I think the intercooler pipe on the hot side looks horrible . Look up better ways I think running the pipe from turbo lower is the way to go . Happy 260k subs Robbie!!!
Great job Robbie!👍🏻
Hi, May I know what is the size of turbo?
Dumb question but wheres your wastgate and bov going?
Man robbie is so lucky those bulbs didnt break 😂 pain in the ass to clean up
What happened to the whiteboard for the civic project?
Bead roll those boost pipes you cut before the clamps blow off
hey robbie do a 99-00 Ac climate control swap it would look so good the interior!!
Bro how is the yonaka twin disc holding up
Maybe it might look a bit more clean if the piping from turbo to the intercooler was painted black 🤔
hmmm, that's not a bad idea.
Still have that turbo manifold ?
Really wish you could have clocked the turbo down or at least back. I think it would have looked sick if the pipes were lower down. Shame there wasn't room.
Sould have poder coted the intercooler lines red
Dont forget to weld a bead on the pipe you cut lol done that before.
where is your blow off valve not seeing it
Yes!
This is a beast build.
I’ve never been this early to your videos
Looks better with the turbo facing down imo
This build is fire 🔥 only way it could be any sicker is if it was going AWD
ahhh that would be cool!
@@BrokePremiere yea I just finished my Awd swapped eg. Pretty awesome.
shouldn’t it be 6 speed?
This car is going to be insane🤯
with b16a2 n/a im going to build it up to 250+
My package should be coming any day now!!!
Vtec rims would look amazing on your car
The cleanest vans i ever seen
Paint the intercooler piping black
You need to put the oil cap on the motor please
yo looks so good man i want this one when your done lol actually i want all of them when your done lol
You should get a plate the said (im slow)
Robbie what trans did you use?????
Sound track Lowkey 🔥
What's that store called? I'm starting my own hotwheels wall and I would love to check that store out after this crap is over! Love the channel man, thanks for keeping me sane during the day!
