Now I have this going on in a more subtle level but my physio tells me not to worry as it can be corrected by strengthening the transverse abdominus and by doing bridges - not glute bridges, but similar, just by laying on the ground back flat and tilting the pelvis up and holding it for small timed intervals. I've been doing it for quite some time but still find my lower back is tight and my hip flexors as well. I feel like my deadlifting, barbell squats, and/or overhead pressing are contradicting my effort of what the bridges are supposed to be correcting. Would really appreciate your feedback, thanks!

my age is 44 .actually I have lower back pain when I stand or sleep strait for 5 to 10 min. I don't have any other problem in my body I can run or jump also, but only when my body in straight position I suffer it. Is this lower back syndrome..?

What about the adductors? what is it's role in this, are they usually tight too?

"The lower crossed syndrome involves weakness of the trunk muscles: rectus abdominis, obliques internus abdominis, obliques externus abdominis and transversus abdominis, along with the weakness of the gluteal muscles: gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus." To answer your question the adductors are the antagonist of the gluteus medius. If the adductors are too tight they will decrease strengthen in the gluteus medius. This will affect hip strength, stability and the entire kinetic chain from the hip to the knee to the foot. Cheers

That would depend on the specific case. That being said, will put it on the list for an exercise routine. Cheers!
