Replacing Valve Stem on Tractor Tire

Every time I go to do something with the skid steer there's a flat tire. Well this time the stem detached from the valve. I never seen this before. Luckily it wasn't that bad of a fix. This tire changer really makes life a bit easier especially bolted to this cement slab. where did I get this well I had gotten it from harbor freights a super long time ago.
