I saw this property being featured by a different realtor here in youtube,but to be honest I'm not satisfied on how he explains about the details of the property in his open house tour. So glad to find this another version; I mean your version of your open house tour. You gave justice to it's details as well as the highlights of the property. And I like this one.

One of the most beautiful homes I have seen reviewed. It's honestly ideal for my family, I have no kids or a partner but I got 2 sibs and we got our parents so I can imagine Mom and Dad would stay downstairs on the first bedroom, mine is the Master's BR (lol) and my sisters would have each of the two rooms. 😉 This house is not the biggest but all the areas are well executed and the pool is a plus! ❤️ Hope this house is still available after the pandemic since I want my parents to see this personally however they're already in their senior years so health first before anything. Hope it's not that expensive as compared to some other houses reviewed. ❤️

I like this house. The layout, design and space are well thought of. Even the cabinetry, fixtures, those minor stuffs are well designed and functional.

Almost perfect! the door looks cheap and that Roofing Sheet needs be remove in the front,, it makes the fasad look under 20M - They can either remove it and place another extension of the balcony. Plus the sad space for the helpers and also the location of this place, cainta proper.. near Sta lucia.. oh my!

I agree the maids rm way too small. There storage area is bigger than maids rm. Looks like a capsule bed.

I love to ask my dad to buy this house and transfer here instead of where we are living right now. I just don't understand why they cannot disclose the subdivision or village in the video or details about the house. Is the location flood prone perhaps?

I love this house but I would rather have one less bedroom and have a bigger master bedroom with bigger walk-in closet and washroom with bathtub then it would be perfect. Btw, nice presentation.
