I love these videos! It’s so fun to see personal tastes in nail polish! I personally would’ve let go of all the cremes for the sparkly polish ✨ My sister is kinda like you she prefers creams to shimmers!
I am all in on nail polish content! And your gorgeous cat! 😍 Personally, I call it a space budget or organizational budget, similar to a financial budget-I only have so much space (or money) and need to prioritize.
I try to keep my collection under 500, and it’s so hard since discovering indies. I’ve decluttered most of my mainstream brands except for a few that I really love. But I let my one friend use my polishes and I do my moms nails all the time, so that’s how I’m trying to justify having so many 😂
Or is it called dreamscape? I always got the name wrong. 🫠 *yup, dreamscape. I adore that shade & it is flakier than I usually like too but it's just so beautiful! Kbshimmer hidden potential is so GORGEOUS. I was eyeing it for a while. I actually just picked up five new polishes because my mom sent me a gift card for Xmas. Two of the ones I picked up look like hidden potential. I love blue, grey & green polishes the most but I also adore a cool base with warm shimmer! Much like with eyeshadow! 😅
I am the devils advocate here, and vote that you should get alternate polish storage to allow a larger, but still modestest ( among collectors) collection because you have a great collection and should NEVER have to declutter a polish you enjoy because you think you need to fit two small bins. If you feel decision overwhelmed, start curating seasonal or monthly pics, like you do with your BYOP. That's what I do with my 1300+ polish collection 😅. I would like to downsize to 1000 this year if I can.
