I hope this works i had kids mode on the tablet and forgot pin and what email I used to set up kids mode. crazy thing is I have had the same email for 20 yrs and this saved me for sure did a whole factory reset. Thank you so much

You made a mistake you push on/off button and volume up button and home key button at the same time
And doing this does always factory reset as it asks you to put in the previous email account details due to being reset
So how does it work to restart fresh without previous email details
?
