i was WTF guy, and was always sceptical of ITF, but after watching his training sessions, it really changed my mind. Both TKD, WTF or ITF, have the same kicking techniques, the only difference, we do focus too much on points, and we indeed become much less of martial art, which really made me disappointed of new WTF style (WT is not called)
I think that you have to be spontaneous, to be able to hide what will be your next move to force your opponent to act and got the time to visualize if you are able to counter... Otherwise to adapte yourself to the opponent action. I like your stuffs! Pretty usefull information.
