I love going back hearing gigs like this from the past. Today, after so many players have gotten so advanced, some of the playing sounds elementary almost.....like some of the drumming in the song at around the 24 min mark, and the bass tone lol. But I remember that time period vividly. The players were excellent. Just a sign of how far we've come to today in 2018
What? the drumming at the 24 mark is called pocket. so called modern players are too interested in being "Hip" to play simply. "Modern" players are the reason people don't like jazz anymore
