I feel so old. In 2010, I was 42. I hadn't heard of Monster High yet.
I was collecting Barbie. She's my first doll love. Later I collected American Girl and Journey Girl.
I started Rainbow High, and now I'm into Monster High. I know I'm very late. I never had any kids, so dolls are how I get to play dress up.
I'm 56 now and am not ashamed to play with dolls. I think nowadays a lot of grown women are being allowed to be into dolls. Years ago, it wasn't acceptable. Like, who cares? Right? It's my money and I'm going to spend it on things that make me happy.
I am grown, and I still like candy, coloring, and dolls. The little girl in me is happy she didn't die. I'm young at heart.
Your videos get to remind me about that. I like the young generation. I'm an old cynical Gen X, but I don't generation hate.

there must be some backstory as to why hes the redheaded stepchild of MH and why they abandoned him. as someone who was a little late to the party, i started getting into MH during 13 wishes... i was able to acquire all the mansters through later releases. they all eventually seen more dolls produced except holt. jackson got 2 more dolls after i started collecting, and the couples pack had the fans at the time thinking holt really mustve been fazed out if frankie is canonically dating JJ. holt only had 1.5 dolls, i say .5 because obviously he had his original but that swimline one was what an exclusive at justice... like hardly even a wide release. its unfortunate i never got to own him through any means, maybe they feel him being a fire elemental is too akin to heath
