Saw it in the store. It has been YEARS. I cried, so much has happened this year and throughout my life. My mom would to sell all my things for drug money and I hid my monster high dolls so I would have something. She found those too. I bought Frankie in a heart beat today. Super happy they brought them back :)

Omg I would NEVER let anyone throw away my dolls like that! That is just so wrong! They will be worth so much in the future an I plan on passing some of my g1 monster highs to my children

These dolls are going FAST. I bought Frankie three days ago at my local Walmart, and there were so many Monster High dolls. They were taking up at least 1/4 of the doll aisle. And then yesterday, I went to see how many were left (since I was planning on buying Draculaura and Clawdeen at some point later.) and there were only TWO left. Another Frankie and a Clawdeen. The Clawdeen was really pretty, and I almost bought her, but decided not to, because there might be someone out there who might want her even more.
I hope they are restocked. Some people were saving up for Friday. The day Mattel said they would be released.

Her pet was definitely made from harder plastic. The fact that they don't have glue in their heads makes me wanna buy them... The hair looks so soft 🥵 But I already have the original dolls 🤨
I also have the originals from 2010 but I really want a Lagoona and a Draculaura to keep in box, Lagoona because she is my favorite and Draculaura bevause honestly, her face screening is beautiful, love what they did with her.
Buy them on sale, keep in box & display them. Without the glue the only thing that degrades should be the rubber bands.
Because even when I took good care of them, they're still damaged from the glue.

This makes me wish they would make reproductions of the classic Ever After High dolls. I wasn't interested in dolls when they first came out but I bought a thrifted Raven about a year ago and it made me really wish I had a new doll of her.

I’m about to cry I remember my mom threw my bin of monster high dolls out because some rats got into the bin. I would’ve totally cleaned it out if I could but I wish that I could go back to the day that my mom threw it out and I wish I could play with them again. Am I a 21 year old woman with an obsession with these dolls, yes do I miss playing and making videos with them, 1000% yes. I miss everything about these dolls but I’m so happy that they’re coming back.
Wow gotta say the OG Frankie just looks better lol The faded clothes make it look cooler and her face sculpt is fierce. I love how her eyes are a bit farther apart. You’re so lucky to have her 💕
I got my creeproduction Frankie today, and I'm in love with her. She's just so beautiful. I love her new face and the bump in her hair, and UGH. She's just amazing.

I just bought the 2024 Frankie creepo and she looks more like the original imo. Her skirt is more flared out and apparently the pegs in the arms are back to original pegs but I haven't confirmed that myself because I have her still in box. If you happen to buy the 2024 version, I would love to see a review on the comparisons between all the 3 versions.
I’m excited to get Draculaura and hopefully we get Cleo and ghoulia at some point, those 3 are my favs
I ordered from Walmart yesterday and then I walked into the store today and there they were on display! I couldn't believe it! The display was half empty and the worker guy said they had just put it out yesterday. The Ghouls are going fast!

The more I see the repros the more I realize they are actually really similar to the original dolls. From what I’ve seen only Draculaura and Clawdeen only look slightly different but Frankie and Lagoona are really close of not the same.

The 80$ ones, sell the original, you can buy the new, but the original one have the same value for the collectors.

AHHH i got Frankie today and I love her! I do wish her skirt was more flared like the original but that a minor thing. Frankie is my favorite monster high doll that I have been wanting for YEARS! Still bummed that I missed out on the collector doll but honestly I love this one from Walmart so much that I honestly dont really care that much anymore.

I grew up with these dolls and I would choose monster high over any doll. I today only have g1 dolls and I think the g3 dolls are just not as cool as the older ones! The only thing that has changed them dramaticly Is that younger children would get spooked and scared from th looks and designs on the g1 dolls! So of course they reboot them to way less scary and now they are just not the same! [This is my opinion, no hate] Have a nice day yall❤
Woo, I bought Lagoona online earlier in the week and the price double today from the same retailer and another one of them tripled. Thanks collector senses. Kind of wish I bought the whole set now, but I got my girl. Just hope I can get one that I can keep inbox now for original price. On the other hand as a collector I keep my boxes in pristine condition even after opening anyway 🤓

The screenings are improved with each rerelease, I still remember the wall eyed first few releases. I'm only disappointed with Lagoona since she lost her bulging eyes.

I can not thank you enough for willing to get me the creeproduction dolls, I’m watching Jay review Frankie and it’s blowing my mind that I will actually get to look at and touch this doll in person, it’s genuinely surreal, I’ve spent the last two years looking at them over and over and over through a screen, never expecting to see on in person let alone open, and touch, feel and really see those colors, just Frankies shoe alone is such a fun and stimulating piece of art to look at, the stripes are mesmerizing, the curve of the front of it, it’s so cartoony I just love it so much thank you gabe I am so thankful

i had all of the original monster high dolls but i was a rough child and broke them all😭 but i have some second hand but i HATE the glue problem but i am BEYOND happy we have amazing reproduction dolls and i can have monster high dolls with no glue and i can have the og ghouls in box and out of box 🖤

PLEEASSEE DO AN IN-DEPTH FOR LAGOONAS HAIR WASH!! i bought mine today and her hair is an absolute mess even out of the box!! It was so crunchy and it felt super gross. Brushing it out made it super puffy (which i genuinely like!) but i want to give her the shiny, glossy curls the promo-pic lagoona had

I have the OG Frankie but I never touch her because her legs are floppy af. I’m so happy I can have these dolls again that I can actually touch and pose them. I just went and squeezed her dog like you did and he doesn’t move.

I was out of town looking for these a couple days ago and including my Walmart only one of the three stores I went to had them. I bought clawdeen and draculara when we first went but when we dropped off my brother I had to beg my dad to go back to get the other two.
I cannot believe their prices went up SO fast, and turned SUPER expensive within DAYS. Not to mention they're in "select stores" so they won't be just anywhere. I am deeply upset I couldn't get any. I had enough money to buy THREE OF THEM, but they werent at my Walmart. It's pretty unfair how those who actually WANT the dolls and have waited YEARS don't get a single thing, meanwhile collectors are getting 2 of each, and then the RESELLERS OMFG!!! They just take ALL of them and sell them for even more! This was SUCH a disappointing experience and all that excitement built up was for NOTHING.

Oh no. My original Frankie is yellowing near the hairline despite several glue seepage treatments. It drives me nuts. My original Clawdeen has "fossilised" hair due to the seepage but no discolouration. Lagoona's hair are not great either but no discolouration.
I don't have og Drac. I did not like her at first. I will definitely buy the repro... and no glue, so I will probably adopt Frankie too...
Are you sure the yellow isnt due to the sun? You can try doing retrobright on her!
It is definitely the glue. It is yellowing on the vinyl near the hairline. She has never been exposed to sunlight.
School's out Frankie does not have this problem. She is glue free.

I have a kinda stupid question. Monster High would have launched the first dolls in 2010. But my oldest dolls (Draculaura, Lagoona) have 2008 written on the back of their heads... What's up with the date? They produced the dolls but didn't sell them for 2 years?

How do you keep your dolls clean? I keep mine in display cases so they don't get dusty. But even then, some dust gets in. Plastic figures can be dusted off with a brush. But you can't do that with all that hair and fabric.
So how do you keep your dolls nice and clean as shown in the video?
You can actually use wipes or a wet cloth to take the dust off the hair and clothes.

I had Watzit until 2017 and he was very solid, like Hissette or Rhuen, but some of the other pets were slightly squishy so I'm not too fussed about Watzit being squishy.
I lost Watzit in 2017 when must have fallen into a trash can next to my display😢 don't do what I did
