Many of the albums by this band are really good, but this specific album for me is my personal favorite by the band. And Tomorrow Comes Today feels like being in a city during the night or taking a late-night car ride. Gorillaz is a massive vibe :)

This is one if not the most underrated Gorillaz album, for me it's one of the best after Demon Days, this old Gorillaz style is so good, i like their new songs but nothing compares to the 2000s.
This is by far my favorite Gorillaz album, I used to listen every day when I was 6-7yo. My favorite track is M1A1, I got scared the first time I listened the intro but when I finally got into the second half of the song it was instant love.

If you see their most popular songs on Spotify, there are few from their first album. That's awesome! Have you tried Reggaeton? I listen to Gorillaz when I work on side projects, like coding, education, or cyber security. The random silliness, constant upbeat nature, and frequently changing styles help to stay in a good mood and efficient when "working" (hobby-ing). I imagine Reggaeton might be popular with those kiddos too, as it sounds very silly at times, constantly changes, and even introduces them to Spanish!
This is one of the best albums of the century. Everything from the videos, to the album artwork to the banger hits makes this the coolest collaborations ever. To combine different genres and make it work is genius. Happy to rediscover this forgotten gem.
These songs are actually insane! The rhythm fixates in our heads, the melody is made with guitar, drums and bass creating a sync a lot better than other songs. I can easily say that "they are the best"
I've been a Gorillaz fan my whole life but saying they are the best is a bit of a heavy statement. They are definitely good, and one of my favorites, but judging them without bias it's pretty clear they are not the bes musical artist.

I was surfing my very 1st day on a holiday in domenican republic. After 1 hour teaching i went to surf waves for the next 3 hours. Once i sat on my board out at the spot, chilling and enjoying... and suddenly i heard the full album. From beginning till end, every song. In my mind. It was the best day i can remember in 40 years. After 4 hours continuing surfing i head muscle pain for the next 3 days. Everywhere. I was a rafting- and canyoning guide, ski- and snowboardinstructor. I was fit. But surfing ... Man, what the fuck. 🤣

This album is so lit🔥 I'm still remembered when it first came out and my Fave radio station put the complete album on the air, I just fell in love ❤️ and then went running to have it.
At 14 listening to this I felt like the damn man, discovered so many good international acts that Damon collabed with, and of course the two step edit of Clint Eastwood was one for the London boys which always made the band feel like home in the most deliciously weird way - act like The Mighty Boosh also really had this aesthetic - imo no one has every touched on an aesthetic so quintessentially London but with an overarching implacable, almost timeless feel.
I have a black male kitten and his sister who is white and grey striped. Girl is much smaller than the male. After like two months of having them I naturally called the girl noodle the other day and was like thats it, thats her name. So I named the boy Murdoch. I have a black male kitten and his sister who is white and grey striped. Girl is much smaller than the male. After like two months of having them I naturally called the girl noodle the other day and was like thats it, thats her name. So I named the boy Murdoch. Been a fan of this album since release as a kid. Kind of want to get an upside down cross for Murdoch's collar
