For those who wonder, the rubber ring with thicker side, the thickside must be against the silver plate.
Great video! I just serviced mine and your video was a greatly appreciated! Thank you 🙏

Very helpful!
Merci !!
thanks mate, good video. Surprised to see no bearings? also, I am used to my pedals spinning fairly freely, however the new stamp 7s are pretty tight and the right pedals is even tighter, has quite a bit of resistance to rotation by hand. is that normal? cheers
I had a stamp 7 that was very stiff. Called Crankbros and their tech said sometimes they get vapor locked. He told me to open the grease port (Philips screw) and tap the pedal pretty firmly on a block of wood with the stem down and the screw hole up. I didn’t have much confidence in the process making any difference, but it worked!
@@douglasmurphy5343 Thanks mate, I'll give that a go!
Do you think is there a point to just clean them and put there fresh grease instead of using rebuild kit if bearing is in good condition?
Yes, for sure. You just need to check for wear and play in the pedals as well.
I was just asking this to myself, too. Parts look good. I have just lots of dirt between the two plastic parts and was not sure if I can remove them or not. Don't think its necessary to rebuild them completeley. As long as all the parts are in good condition I don't see the point. Will clean them, grease all the stuff and try it out.
