You play like I play - loving the tactical/strategy aspect, giving props when you get beat by great plays, getting all hyped up over playing solid combos... I shriek w/glee when I draw Invis Woman/Wong/Gambit/Odin and Kamar-Taj is empty
MODOK isn’t broken but he makes certain cards broken. Like Morbius and The Collector. I’ve gotten morbius to 40+ power with MODOK. And I disagree with molt. He’s way better than Miles.
@@dustindavis5882 how the heck do you manage that? If it's a super specific case that is not broken. If you're pulling it off every game that's broken.
the dracula discard is low key awesome when playing- i always forget about it, and then last minute it pulls those extra stats that i wasn't 'counting on'
My list is pretty close to this, I don't have the Colleen or Dracula so i'm relying more on Strongarm, Modok, Chavez to win. Despite that i still have a decent win rate and been climbing fairly easily. Good Video man.

Modok is really strong imo and enables many cool things. Just him alone can get Morbius to 10 power. Can be used in other decks too. Been having fun with swarms and apoc with Morbius mystique Dino and moon girl
What would be interesting imo is a deck that already uses Mystique and then putting Modok in there. Because the Modok Hela Morbius invisible woman package is only 4 card slots. Then whatever win con you draw is the one you play out.
Love this deck, made me buy the season pass man! But replaced Strong Guy with Black Cat: feels like Strong Guy is really "just in case" and doesn't get a lot of room to shine, whereas Black Cat either gives you an extra 2 for Morbius or +7 on the board. Anyway, my bank account does not thank you for this video, but I do!
Yeah, pretty much. Even in this video we can see that strong guy wasn't even played once. The only way to utilize him is to either never draw Apoc and empty your hand; or if you draw Apoc then you also must have Dracula on board, only Chavez and Apoc in your hand and play Apoc so that Dracula discards Chavez. All of this of course considering that you emptied your hand prior to turn 6. That's so much effort for a play that almost never pays off.
This is a fun deck! But if you want a more consistent win rate I think you’re better off with the full Discard package. I am winning a bunch right now and here is my list- Lockjaw MODOK Apocalypse Lady Sith Colleen Wing Swarm Dracula Hell Cow America Chavez White Knight Swordmaster Morbius Honestly, the weakest card is White Knight- but it is between him and Gambit and Gambit will often miss and then you are stuck with a 1 power disappointment. At least White Knight has the 3 power to somewhat help out if he whiffs. I think any discard deck that isn’t running lockjaw is just straight up missing out. He is a great resource to grab a key combo piece from your deck with a zero energy swarm copy. MODOK has made the deck MUCH more reliable. The ability to clear your hand and get value from a late-pull swarm or Apoc is huge.
I’m afraid that Dracula will be my final series 3 card. I bought the Negative bundle to have the tokens for my last couple series 3. Discard is my favorite archetype but I can’t get Drac!
just bar sinistered for some modok^^ ended up fast forwarding for a 30+ morbius and a 20+ apocalipse...with 6 swarms on hand to make giant even bishop. till now quite an interesting deck. waiting for mistique to decide to come in my list to try the variation with 2x morbius
@@robinthestate6548 it was an idea, but only works with swarms copies while bishop works with every unit. i supose is a matter of luck to get the right combo. Not sure what happen with apocalypse, never tested
Hey molt don’t know if you’ve tried yet but I think collecter is way stronger than bishop in the arch type. In my own list I also use helicarrier Wong and Zabu. Take out strong guy, and Wolvi. It’s been really strong for the 10 or so games I’ve played.
I have a question tho, once you hit infinite is there any reason to progress more, i’m thinking of helping other achieve infinite eland play random decks.

Not with Dracula, and Apoc with Modok. Makes it feel like you’re cheating because it’s at least 14 power guaranteed everytime without anything being able to stop Dracula. Kinda busted and needs his ability to be on ongoing, so it wont just straight up win the game.
That was my thought, but I’m excited to try a less luck driven discard deck with card like apocalypse, modok, America Chavez, morbius. Maybe even swarm.
Don’t abuse all Random discard mechanics. Lady Sith and Apocalypse is enough. Use cards like Swarm, Angela, Morbius, Dracula, Wolverine, Sunspot and Strongguy as backup.
The most fun is invisible woman > modok > hella. And play no other cards. Just snap once you get that combo. Only a cosmo ruins it. Easy 8 cube wins for now
Everybody’s complaining that this card is weak the reason because of that is because of all the ppl crying that all the monthly bundle card all way too op.. they should be from day one if you paid for something like everything other game and then I’ll give a patch in 2 to 3 weeks and they fix the card and make it more balance. Now this time this car is going to have to get buff and it’s going to be a lot of situations with this card in the long run
I hope this causes dracula to be nerfed… i dont know why no one is talking about this but dracula on a lane is UNCOUNTERABLE, you cant shang it, you cant enchantress is, you cant cosmo it… Not only that but if you see a dracula on a lane, you have to abandon, you cant go against 20+ power on a 4 drop… how is that fair… why doesnt dracula half their stats, even that would be insanely good. Or make it a on reveal

I agree. MODOK is fine, but not broken. I’ve seen a lot of builds day 1 and they all look interesting.

Yeah the dracula lane is kinda problematic with valk+cerebro deck, I haven't tried but double Cosmo to juggernaut would prolly be a stinker

I tried something similar, Strong guy and Apocalypse don’t seem to work well together.

Was running this and I can say that Strong Guy can probably be replaced, I drew Apoc often which made him useless

The one counter I've found for Dracula is Magneto. Either challenge what he's going to discard or throw Magneto in a lane you don't plan on winning.

Hmm. Been playing MODOK with collector instead of Wolverine. The highroll really pays off big if you hit Swarms a couple times.

Yea, all you can do is play magneto, which is actually a pretty solid counter to pull that power to another location. But I doubt he gets nerfed.
