The animations showcased for the vanilla mobs in this map are absolutely amazing, why aren't these kinds of animation in the base game?

Tried downloading the map. The progress bar appeared, but won't fill. Same issue with the Fallout pack(I guess their updateing it). Progress bar appeared but won't fill.
