He is a powerlifter, not a bodybuilder, powerlifting dont make a big hipertrophy. Skinny or not, you need a life of dedication like him, forgot you can be like him without that.

Anatoly, I very recently found your channel, and thank you for making the gym look fun. I've always been super self-conscious, and you've shown me that it can be a supportive community. In general, I'd rather dig a hole than lift weights- but maybe you can change my mind. New goal for 2024: body weight exercises while i watch your videos. Gotta start back somewhere!

Amazing stuff Anatoly. I'm getting old and have a bad back but I've progressed up to 400 for reps after a few months. Now gains are coming slower and instead of 10 kg increases I may need to add only 5. If I can continue I will soon pass my old PR
