Til this day, im still wondering what jooheon was thinking when he made crescendo. Also how did kihyun feel when he had to sing let's get sexyyyyy. It's such a monek song with their signature high note from kihyun plus jooheon barking 'move move'😭 Im still upset that we didnt get a bts recording for that song. Thanks for the reaction as always❤

Lone Ranger's behind recording vid is my favorite of them all. I don't know what genre it is either hahaha, EDM/Folk-Rock? Funny story about Lone Ranger, I did not like it AT ALL when I first heard it and then realise during my Spotify Wrap-Up for 2023 that I actually listened to it like the most from the whole album and it's one of my favorites. Hyungwon had been saying for years that he wanted to make a country song and it feels like a very hyungwon-esque version of a country song lol. Last comment, Monsta X are KINGS of ad libs, I've never listened to another artist, ever, that did it like them. They are so good at it, you can listen to a song 100 times and hear something new each time lol.
Yes omg when I first heard Lone Ranger I didn't like it either, I couldn't get into the yeehaw vibes but now I LOVE IT!
Jooheon and I.M always wrote their own parts, in all of their Albums . They are genius

This album really shows how Monsta X members grow as singers and musicians. All of the tracks on Reason are on my fav playlist. And It's Alright is so special because they know they will go to the military one-by-one after this album and it's their way of saying it's alright Monbebe, I'll be back, I'm gonna make it back to you 🤧🤧🤧
And I can't wait until you see all the recording sessions for this album. You'll see why they all sounds so good in this album.

This album showcase the diversity and how talented they are, not only because the production but their voices and the deliver, I love how Minhyuk and Hyungwon shines so much in this mini album, Lone Ranger is kind of "weird" for me (but not in a bad way) because the song is different from all the monstas song but at the same time is unique and fits perfect with the vibe of the group (there's a song called Rodeo, I think is like the brother of this song) the live performance of Lone Ranger is amazing and gets more addictive through the time (is one of the faves songs to monbebe, at least in Korea) can't wait for the english albums!!!!!
"rodeo" being the brother of "lone ranger" makes so much sense. i loved rodeo the most and lone ranger is my fav on this album, never really realized til this comment lol.

Love this album thanks for checking. There is a self cam MV for It's alright not sure if you've seen it but it's adorable! Also super recommend checking out some of the other comeback stages for the Reason album. Their It's alright stage is one of the sweetest stages ever with monbebes. I have a real soft spot for Sofsta X (when Monsta X does softer/ cuter songs) and Deny live is so beautiful as well 😊
Daydream was my fav track on this album!😊 Really looking forward to the English album reactions!! The Dreaming is one of my top 3 albums of theirs…and they’re my ULT so I love all their albums a whole lot.😁

This album was their last group album before enlisting in the military 😭. Now imagine how Minhyuk's last line "It's alright I'm gonna make it back to you." hit us? 😭😭😭
Minhyuk's Enlistment hit us the worst. Even the Members took it the worst. From Shownu to Hyungwon, everyone has an enlistment vlog. In the ride to the training grounds everyone but Minhyuk looks DEVASTATED 😭. The moment 2023 started. The album dropped and we knew it was just a matter of time.
I don't know if you'd read this but I just wanna leave it here cause It's Alright is my fav song and underappreciated so much because of there's a lot of mistranslation going around
The song is sooo beautiful, it's a fan song about them asking us to wait for their military hiatus
The whole album is about toxic love and It's Alright is about Monsta X and Monbebe who do actually fight a lot lol
Here is my translation
Minhyuk's line at the end wasn't I hate you but "It's okay, I'm fine for the hidden days. I hate myself for pointing finger at you" the hidden days was referring to I.M's line "Emotion that we pretended not to know bloomed" Monsta X talked about how a lot of Monbebe took too much their time in denial before decide to stan Monsta X, I think it's about that
And Hyungwon's line at the end actually was I.M "It's you who don't want to see stupid expression" then Hyungwon said "You who made me became like this" it's about Monsta X always behaving according with Monbebe's liking and they regret a lot of things but still going to coming back again to us

Yes! More behind the scenes, especially for beautiful liar they have so much content for that song alone on the monchannel playlist. They uploaded a pre comeback dance practice and it’s literally the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while. Can’t wait to see more!
I was actually just contemplating my favorite albums the other day and Reason might just be my favorite and one of their best. I think it really demonstrates their growth as a group espcailly Minhyuk and Hyungwon. You haven't listened to a lot of their old music and I wasn't a part of the fandom back in the day but I know there used to be a lot of contention about Minhyuk and Hyungwon's lines compared to the others. I think their evolution as group has allowed all members strengths to shine better through their music. I am so excited to see where their new music will go becuase of thier growth. Hopefully we'll get an ot6 album with Shonwu in 2025.
I also just want to share an idea that I think would be fun but it would be time consuming. For each korean album they have realeased showcases/comeback shows. For Reason they actually did two but the one they did for Naver Now has some incredible insight into the album and is probably the most informative one they have done. It was just recently translated to eng by the one of the current Monbebe subbers BoredMonbebe. My favorite song from this album is Deny.( ck did so well) When I first heard Lone Ranger the first time I was like it’s okay but once I listened to it more it grew on me.
Crescendo is my on my workout playlist, because you cannot help but feel hype listening to it. Honestly, Reason is one of my favorite albums from Monsta X, besides Fatal Love. That being said, everything they make is so good and so many diverse genres.
Day dream it’s one of my favorite songs, it’s like… a creepy lullaby!! I can see this song in a Tim Burton movie. But all the songs are really good, no skip (like always).

When this album dropped, I was so amazed and speechless, like u said how did they do this everytime. Its the fact that their sound mature and the songs just get better and better. They make me feel so lucky to be able to watch the growth of their music. This album is a masterpiece.

Yesss I agree I don’t know if going back if it will be the same for you but the amount of Monsta X songs I playlist is crazy, usually even with artists I love I only end up doing that for maybe half the songs on the album but with MX it’s almost every single song. And with the adlibs Kihyun often makes them up on his own!

It's all right is a song to Monbebe previous to our beautiful man enlisted to the military. This is a Joohoney's song telling to Monbebe will be the greatest when we'll back together again! I love them so much. By the way the live stage af this song is amazing and very cute!
