I swear you are a psychic! Still too scared to try this line. Maybe with a pile of crash pads in the middle and a net on the outside. Too bad you don’t climb....awesome video, rich, clear vocabulary, good info.
Heh..I remember this turn on Rupert. I made it, it wasn't pretty. I think I nearly stalled I was going so slow...I'd love to hit that again after watching this. The entrance into it looks a little more gnarly than when I hit it about 3 years ago.
It's pretty easy to stall on this one if your line is off or you hesitate on the entrance. The entrance might look a little gnarly but even the rocky line isn't that bad with the caveat about the entrance line to the rock.
Great video... I love the pop-ins and explanation points. Makes it look professional and provides great tips for people that are learning! I've never ridden Squamish, and I'm seeing what I'm missing!
Thanks for the feedback! We think it's important that videos outlining "tips" should have enough background so that they make sense. There are many videos online that only tell half the story or miss really important information so we are hoping to buck that trend and keep the videos informative, but succinct.
Another awesome set of tips. Took me ages to master this one, it was the run in line tip that first made it happen for me, but I will use a few of these tips from the video to truly nail it every time in all seasons in future.
So many people forget about how important the run in is to the move. It just makes it easier to hit the first rock straight on. Thanks for the feedback!
LOVING this channel!!
Great video series! Looking forward to more videos.
There is more coming!
Unintentionally watched this video right before riding this trail for the first time. Did exactly what you said and worked like a charm :)
That's awesome! Glad it served you well!
Thank you so much for this excellent video series. It is well edited and combines visuals with excellent explanations.
Fell twice and then got it today
It's definitely a challenging move - great work being persistent!
Thanks Matt, I've stumbled through this turn several times, watched this vid again last night and cleaned it today no problem! Great tips!
Thanks Craig! It's always great to hear that our tips worked well for you.

This is one of the few features that you could actually put pads down to help with a crash!
