AS FOR THE COMMON MAN, A CASE OF AN MNA FROM DG KHAN WAS DECIDED IN THE DAYS OF BABA REHMATEY AFTER FULL 100 YEARS. A LAND DISPUTE WHICH STARTED IN 1918 WAS FINALLY DECIDED IN 2018. There are many such cases.

میں کئی بار لکھ چکا ہوں 6 ججز کے خط کے پیچھے جو ماسٹر مائنڈ ہیں ان میں جسٹس اطہر من اللہ بھی شامل ہیں اور آج سماعت کے شروع میں ہی اطہر من اللہ نے اس بات کو سچ بھی ثابت کیا، چیف جسٹس عیسیٰ کے ہر ریمارکس کو جسٹس اطہر من کاونٹر کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے تھے اور انکے ساتھ سینگ پھنسا رکھے تھے، جسٹس بابر ستار کی بلاوجہ تعریفیں کئے جا رہے تھے اور کوشش کر رہے تھے کہ انہیں سپریم کورٹ سے کلین چٹ دی جائے جس پر چیف جسٹس نے بیرونی مداخلت کیساتھ اندرونی مداخلت اور ساتھ جسٹس شوکت صدیقی کا زکر چھیڑ کر جسٹس اطہر من اللہ کی بولتی بند کردی کیونکہ سب جانتے ہیں اطہر من اللہ خود چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ بننے کے چکر میں جسٹس شوکت صدیقی کیساتھ کیا کر چکے ہیں۔ چیف جسٹس نے سماعت کے شروع میں کہا میں چاہتا تھا فل کورٹ سماعت ہو لیکن ایک جج ویسے معذرت کر چکا ہے اور اسلام آباد میں جو ججز موجود تھے ان سبکو بنچ میں شامل کیا گیا ہے میں نے انتظار اس لئے نہیں کیا کیونکہ پھر قیاس آرائیاں نہ شروع ہو جائیں اس پر اطہر من اللہ نے مداخلت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ عدلیہ میں مداخلت کی جا رہی ہے، جس پر فائز عیسیٰ نے اطہر من اللہ کی طرف دیکھتے ہوئے کہا تو کیا ہائیکورٹ ججز کے پاس یہ اختیار نہیں ہیں کہ مداخلت کرنے والو کو عدالت طلب کر کے اسکے خلاف کاروائی شروع کر سکے اور اگر مداخلت کی بات کرنی ہے تو کیا ادارے کے اندر سے مداخلت نہیں ہوتی رہی؟ کیا سابقہ چیف جسٹس فون کال کے زریعے فیصلے نہیں کرواتے تھے، کیا سپریم کورٹ کی جانب سے کسی خاص مقدمے میں مانیٹرنگ جج نہیں لگایا گیا؟ کیا پاکستانی عدلیہ کی تاریخ میں پہلے کبھی ایسا ہوا ہے کہ کسی خاص شخص کو پھمسانے کے لئے مانیٹرنگ جج لگایا جائے؟ کیا ہم نے ایجنسیوں پر مشتمل جے آئی ٹی نہیں بنوائی؟ اور وفاقی اداروں کو حکم نہیں دیا کہ آپ نے ان ایجنسیوں کی معاونت کرنی ہے تا کہ من مرضی کی رپورٹ بن سکے؟ اور پھر ایم آئی اور آئی ایس آئی کی تیار کر دا رپورٹ پر عدالت نے آنکھیں بند کر کے یقین نہیں کیا تھا ؟ ہم پہلے خود مداخلت کے دروازے کھولتے ہیں انکو بلاتے ہیں ان سے مرضی کے کام لیتے ہیں اور جب کوئی خلاف مرضی کام ہو تو ہم کہتے ہیں کہ مداخلت ہو رہی ہے؟ میں نے اس کرسی پر بیٹھتے ہی پہلے دن کہا تھا کوئی مداخلت نہیں ہو گی اور پھر کوئی مداخلت نہیں ہوئی، ان 6 ججز نے جو خط لکھا ہے وہ سابقہ چیف جسٹس بندیال کے دور کی مداخلت کا زکر کر رہے ہیں، ان ججز نے یہ چط لکھ کر اس پنڈورا باکس کو کھولا ہے جو ہم خیال ججز کے دور میں ہوتا رہا ہے، قاضی فائز نے یہ سارے ریمارکس ایک سانس میں دیے اور تب جسٹس اطہر من اللہ کے پسینے چھوٹ گے اور وہ سائیڈ پر پڑا گلاس اٹھا پانی پینے لگ پڑے اور پھر جسٹس اطہر من اللہ نے قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کو انٹرپٹ کرنے کی غلطی نہیں کی، کیونکہ وہ سمجھ چکے تھے چیف جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ سب کی دھوتیاں اتارنے کی طرف چل نکلے ہیں.....!!!
ATHER MINALLAH ' s uncalled for intervention in support of Babar Sattar which was not the topic under discussion worked. Overwhelmed the Attorney general wiped his slate clean and rescued Babar Sattar NOT knowing that a US GREEN HOLDER IS BARRED FROM SEEKING EMPLOYMENT OUTSIDE THE US. AND ALSO BARRED FROM LIVING OUTSIDE THE US EXCEPT FOR VERY BRIEF INTERLUDE UNTIL HIS GREEN CARD GETS CONVERTED TO US CITIZENSHIP. ONE WONDERS WHAT GIMMICK BABAR SATTAR IS DOING ON HIS TAX RETURNS IN US WHILE WORKING FOR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN PAKISTAN.

Obviously no one can and would say it is okay for agencies to interfere but how were judges selected in the first place and what if judges themselves are corrupted and politicised , very convenient to externalise blame and responsibility and portray judiciary as innocent

why an elected prime minister was sent home on AQAMA and the high court holding green card of America and enjoying as hight court judge?
Green card holder is a PERMANENT RESIDENT OF US and as such he cannot seek employment outside the US, nor can he stay outside the US except for brief interlude. He is therefore involved in illegal activity in the eyes of US IMMIGRATION. He must also be dodging info in his Tax returns which he has to submit in US every year. This is where his hands are soiled.
Justice ATHER MINALLAH bringing up the cause of BABAR SATTAR was totally uncalled for in the case of the letter of six . From where did this subject of Babar Sattar pop out unnecessarily.
ATHER MINALLAH is just trying to be the devil's advocate as a known activist . Babar Sattar is his friend and it was ATHER MINALLAH who as CJ IHC insisted on his appointment as a judge despite dissent from various members of the committee.
Shah sahab is the best lawyer, if you have money laundered, or want to evade tax, he will help you, though he is very expensive! Most of the criminal has sought Shah sahab counsel and have gotten away with heinous crime!
Main problem is not addressed by anyone of you. Main issue is very simple as most of High Court and supreme court judges were appointed by ISI and these six judges of Islamabad high Court, Lahore high Court and Peshawar high Court judges were appointed by ISI on the request of PTI leaders to crush other political parties. As PTI earned billions by appointing such political corrupt judges without looking on any merit. Later on these judges earned billions by supporting and rewriting constitution in Punjab Assembly cases and by supporting PTI criminals. As the policies of ISI changed and they want decisions against PTI but these judges find it difficult to say no to PTI criminals who are their partners with their illegal parents Military establishment. These judges are being blackmailed by both PTI and ISI who were their partners in crime.

Issue of timing is also raised when sexual harassment victims speak up after the event "me too". Delay should be placed in the social/political context at the time.
RR's reference to kidnapping of a judge's son should be a point of reflection for why the 6 IHC judges did not speak up sooner.

I am in a state of shock and awe as to what happened to Raza today…hitting the nail smack on its head and not meandering off to create some kind of cover for the six musketeers including their Agent Provocateur Athar Minallah sitting in the SC. Mr Minallahah is believed to be the author of this letter those six musketeers wrote and in todays proceedings who kept differing with CJP and the Senior Puisne judge on hilarious matters, like for instance he wanted this letter that he purportedly wrote should conclusively be declared as a charge sheet and just that letter, he didn’t want the bench discussing all forms of internal interferences and meddling by the judges of the past particularly the previous CJ’s by appointing certain types of judges, constituting a certain kind of benches to obtain certain kind of judgements, appointing supervisory judges et al. The best part though was that none of those six musketeers could cite specific incidents where they were interfered with, going by Mr Afridi’s assessment why couldn’t these johnnies exercise their power of contempt?? But suddenly they all held each others hands and started singing kumbaya… in a nut shell, they were trying to create a smoke screen of pressure to wily nily give relief to the cricketer and his wife. Period !! And I am glad this proceeding will now skirt the entire gamut of the issue and lay down checks and balances. Finally, this panelist called Sabih, what was he droning on about?
