I agree... when I compare this to other Martial Arts Podcasts and Especially ones that say they focus on Daoism, there is just no comparison. Thanks Again

The sensation/practice of letting go and not getting stuff in a certain level, made all this click on a practical level. Huge difference.

Cfq chi gong is a great system taught by master yap. It's a wonderful system that tries to get back to the authentic Taoist teachings while utilizing Buddhist view.

I read that Original Tao book Adam suggested way back. Basically what the translated text said was to line up the 4 limbs and cycle the breath. If everything else comes from that what more do I need?
Besides try to find a good teacher that is.

hmmm, you say your teachers don't agree on what chi is but do they agree on what you call "the stuff" is? my thought is that there are infinite ways to reach "the stuff" but you can only teach the way you know. hence they myriad of schools, difference of opinion, etc... i.e. in the end, you gotta eat the food, you gotta find your own way.

Mr Adam Chan you are a master of violence in a 80s action hero kind of way but i think you should be teaching chi kung. This podcast as really give me a boner. As somebody who as being very dedicated with chi kung. As a dirty bastard Son of a certain chi kung you have experienced. Very very good.
