- I'm really happy I did all of this fabricating on my own because i learned a lot! This is a full 3" exhaust with a Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator and Vibrant Street Power Muffler.

Im a welder with 8 years of experience, and I would say those are some of the best welds I’ve seen from someone so new to welding, especially on so thin pipes, very fine work 👍🏻
The Vibrant mufflers are some of the best affordable mufflers you can buy. I've used them on dozens of cars and they last well and stand up to the higher hp cars without blowing out all the packing. You'll find yours getting slightly louder over time as the wadding inside the can heat cycles and breaks in. Not a bad job for a first time at all. Digging the old school Borbets' too. Good job replacing all those bushings for poly. E30's really feel great with a proper suspension refresh. Nice work!

This makes me want fix my turbo m50 e46 that's been sitting for 2 years now. I got the same thing with the speedo coming out as it's a e36 cluster when hitting 2nd :))
I have an M50NV swapped e30 and I need to make my exhaust, I was planning on doing the vibrant street power muffler & vibrant resonator with a magna flow cat 2.5 inch piping. Its hard cuz your just won't know what the sound will be, its a gamble
it will definitely be quieter than mine. The cat will restrict it some. but it will definitely sound amazing

Question, why m52 engine and not m50 or s52
Did you use solar flux on the inside of the pipe?
i bought some and was gonna use it but the pipes i used slipped into eachother and made it hard to put any inside so i said fuck it and didn't use any
@@ImJoel I'm building my exhaust soon so I've ordered some, never welded ss before so I'll see how it goes.
Just scratching my head over how to add hangers to the mufflers as I won't be able to use flux there and don't want to now but all the kit to back purge.

thank you!! i think it smoked there because i turned the car off right after ripping it and oil was still in the turbo since i have no issues with the car smoking

Awesome vids my guy!! Would love to see this car with no blowoff valve and all the charge pipes airtight :D Makes the turbo sound o much better. Should be no problem for the turbo with only 10-15psi :)

This aged well lol as 500 wheel in a e30 is definitely some power

If stroked can you please mention all the internals you used ?
yeah the engine is stroked to a 3.0L with m54b30 crank, pistons, rods
