I would recommend a coax switch if you do not have one already so both of the devices can be hooked up. they are 8$ and probably worth it. My tv in my room is a crt (Much newer than the one you got lol) that my grandpa used in his basement for a very long time. Very cool project!
I don't know, it's either the more you use the old T.V. the better the color comes in or it's the camera is finally taking good pictures of the T.V.. Some times you have to be a rocket scientist to figure out all these cords and hookups. You have it down pat it looks to me.
The more I use it, the more clear it gets because it is actually a break in period after it's slumber. Yes the wiring and set ups can be tricky. I am working on something now that a subscriber sent to me. This should be interesting!! Thanks for watching!!

Yessir, it takes some time to figure out what works best. Old school works, new school is disposable and has very little character IMHO.
