After having viewed photos of Leeds on Google Images, it doesn't look like a city to me, there is only one true city in the U.K. and that is London.
Leeds, Manchester, Exeter, Birmingham and Bristol are all cities in the UK. If you have only seen on Google Maps, you can't judge. All beautiful and all cities. As a Leeds lass myself, Leeds is most definitely a city and worthy of it. London is nice but can be overrated.

I grew up in sherburn in elmet but we did our shopping at the city center Market. Later on in my life I did my clothes shopping at Cecil Gs ,Brillsand Austin Reeds. Leeds was a very good city. My home eventually turned out to be in canada.

Leeds is definitely cheaper than London, more nature and chill life. Rent is cheaper for sure and better quality. For job, it depends what role you are looking for. Hope this helps. 🤓

that really depends, don't think I could comment on that but I would suggest to do some research on Linkedin or job search websites to find out more.

It depends of your preference, do you like living very close to the city centre or a bit farther away. You could try looking at some most popular areas in Leeds like Meanwood, Chapel Allerton, Kirkstall, Roundhay, Pudsey, Farsley, Leeds dock, Hyde Park and Headingley. Hope that gives you an idea. ☺️

Thank you for reaching out. Don’t know much about the crime rate in detail but I’m sure you could find some more info online. Personally, I love my area and the city. I feel safe at home, even walking alone at night in town is safe for me. Never get in any trouble.
