Tried this pattern today, they look absolutely adorable. With the final tail of white, I just threaded it through the body to the original magic ring then brushed it out for a sprouting effect. ❤

Also has an elephant & giraffe in this kit. The yarn isn’t great quality, lol. Will definitely be looking into the sort that you are using once I finish this kit. I loved the tutorial! Only issue I had was with the tail, it came out very uneven. I’m not sure exactly what I did wrong but I started it over at least 4 times 😢 I improvised a little to make it look more even, but I’m still at a loss as to what could have went wrong. It still came out adorable though!! 🐳
As much as id like to crochet I clearly am not made to do it, I get stuck trying to work on the 2nd chain every time and it just gets bunched up and tangled
You should really try the Woobles kit. I tried other method s to learn but the Woobles is what got me over the hump. Yes, it's more expensive but I look at it as the cost of taking a crochet class. It made crochet soooo easy. Also, the yarn they provide makes a huge difference.

how many ply is the yarn?
It’s multiply. The yarn is 4 ply but each ply is itself 6 ply, so it’s kinda like 24 ply. Really tightly wound cotton.
tq for this but quick question! when we mark using the other yarn, do we need to skip it or start with the bar that we have mark?
Skip the stitch marker yarn, but don’t skip any stitches!
