Making a Threaded Shaft Coupler That Can be Locked & Unlocked & Info on Threading the Key

I came up with a simple threaded keyed insert that can be used with a shaft coupler. This inset allows you to easily screw the coupler on to a shaft but once you tighten the setscrew it can no longer be tightened or loosened. Perfect in situations where it needs to be removable BUT you don't want it to come loose as the shaft spins. This adapter has appeared in several of my videos but I keep getting questions on how I made it, especially threading the key, so I put together this video to provide more information on the process I used to make it.
