On the flip side, if he refused I honestly would get the impression of, "Oh, JustMaki's a bit of a snob. He's a fast racer, sure, but he's just going to keep to himself." Which he doesn't at all. So by him sharing his footage, he gets publicity and a reputation of being a really good guy. If he didn't he'd just be known as a fast racer. It's better to have more options and skills than just the one people recognize you for.

"Smoking your wheels before so you don't need to break" will only lead to you being slower for a longer timer, thus having a worse time overall than driving perfectly smooth and then break at the last possible moment (at which you can still make it).

I like it a lot because the vibes. The small incline and the scenery give it a feel of...a zeepkist race! Loving nonetheless the crazy tracks on pipes and antigravity and turbos tho...This has an authentic feel and it flows smooth, i think it's lovely.
I noticed that too. It also appears that they slam the breaks before the slopes to maintain contact with the ground which builds more momentum on the down slope rather than bleeding momentum in the air?
Next week you should do the opposite, a downhill on the inside of a hollow cylinder, with just maybe one or two checkpoints so you can't skip straight to the finish, but lots of places where you can yeet, trying for a shortcut that is instead going to wreck you most of the time.

How about a section between steep incline hairpin turn where players can decide to either flip their car around or drive the whole section backwards? Add a sprinkle of flair to the whole braking affair. Edit: Just watched Maki's part. Didn't realize his car has an air brake.

You've basically made a Zeepkist Touge. Now, if you can some how kAN-sai drifto around kosmo, that'd just be the cherry on top.

Honestly, for a second the track made me think it was one of the adventure maps that you just ripped, which I know it isn't but it feels like it would be a fun April Fool's prank to just remake one of the base game maps and not tell anyone that you did it
You should do another train map but instead of guiding a train through shortcuts, you need to jump over and through the train like that one map you made ages ago but with actual moving trains
kAN has a bad habit that I also really struggle with. I get caffeinated and start talking too much, and when I have a pause point I start another thought and end up running over someone else trying to speak. Attempt to make a mental note to introduce the track without repeating thoughts, and deliberately pause for feedback after folks have had a minute play with it. Normally, kAN isn't too bad about it, but it's been more frequent lately. Good standard track for an easy race though.

I want to make high quality 1:1 recreations of real life race tracks and rallies, but I'm finding it difficult to scale, because I don't have any solid numbers. A track with a large chasm that you need to jump over several times
Make a disaster theme hazards track, flooding, earthquake and fans for tornadoes- would love to see the entire group's intrepretations

But all the "Shortcuts" are actually longer
Should make an uphill "hill climb" track with obvious shortcuts
A track that is a giant loop that had obstacles in it and also forces you to jump to the finish
That ending music fit perfectly. Maki really does make it look like an easy stroll in the park. Just gliding along without a care in the world.

Depends, if smoking tires lets you get a straighter line it could be worth it. But generally because of how zeeps physics work, it does not lol.
I like the idea of you (all of you) making more tracks that are usable repeatedly and not just until their gimmick is known.

Love the whole mountainous aesthetic. Really love when Zeepkist tracks are decorated! It's fun to see a sort of theme to it.
