true, what you think is causing the input lag, the hardware aceleration on ?? you can also turn on the Latency input lag to ultra aswell n give it a try but i see wat you are saying
@@TakeNoteZ it’s just because Frame Generation is AI based, that’s what is adding the input lag. In a few years we won’t have to worry about input lag on features like this (once AI gets super OP) but for now it is defo adding a few extra ms’ and I would avoid it, it can also cause graphical artefacts which may put you off

First of all you should know how frame generation is working bro. Shortly it will add a huuge delay, youre system latency will be better with 250 fps no frame generation, like 500 fps with frame generation. You will have 4 ms gpu and cpu time instead of 2.5, but you dont have the buffer (like a small latency to safe frames, to give a bigger ouput for frames) so the system is pre saving frames. To make this, it needs to put out the game image later. So you see everything 20 ms later, but smoother. Delete this video, and dont make this type of videos, when youre no technik geek or nerd

Dude got a 4090 and needs frame generation. His PC is clearly not optimized or has been messing up so much with it that needs a whole new WIN install. I have tested 4K with 4090 and I can get 200+ without FG (paired with 7950x3d)
I just tried this setting you was talking about and it boosted my fps like crazy I was at 240 fps now I’m at 356 fps with just this one setting 🔥 keep it up

I enjoyed the video just a few tips. I have been tweaking, overclocking and optimizing PCs since the late 90s. DLSS and or Frame Generation will introduce an unreasonable amount of latancy. Despite what others are saying it doesn't technically introduce "input delay" at all. That has to do with your data que for your mouse, keyboard and or controller in your registry and how your CPU handles it all. As far as frame generation it creates a fair amount of latancy that feels like inout delay. Yes you are getting more fps and it might appear smoother but it is rendering a massive amount of "future frames" on things that haven't happened yet and the problem with that in a competitive multiplayer setting is your PC doesn't know what the other players are going to do before they do it. The information has to go from client side to server side on their end THEN from server side to client side on your end and only then will your GPU with help from your CPU render what is going on and what the other player is doing on your screen be that jumping, running, ducking or dodging. As we can see when your GPU is trying to pre render and generate frames before it gets information from the server side of things that creates latancy issues that can and will lose you gunfights unless you're shroud and none of us are that insane so overall if your PC already has a hard enough time getting decent frames then youre screwed either way and go ahead and enable it but if you have even a semi decent PC, optimizing and SAFELY Overclocking can go a long way. In my opinion as long as youre getting at least 144fps and have a display that is at least 144hz i would lock it using something like RTSS to 144 or 240 or whatever your monitors refresh rate is and what your pc can maintain 95% of the time fps wise. I have a 4090 OC and UV and a 13900KS on water with a 5.8 all core overclock and DDR5-7200 OC to 7600. A AW2725DF 360Hz 1440p QD-OLED. Yet with the settings I like to play with it can only get about 280fps 99% of the time so I lock my FPS using RTSS (Riva Tuner) to 250 just to get the absolute best frametimes i possibly can. On average i sit at a 2ms GPU and 2ms CPU times for frame rendering and have absolutely zero stutters. The only time i have stutters is when the server shits out or there is server side latancy that i cant control. Even @ 144fps with a 144Hz display locked youre going to have a MUCH smoother and consistent experience and be nore competitive than with 400+ fps and frametimes of 10+ms. I'm in no way trying to trash your content or your video in any way I'll even throw you a like and a sub i just had to figure all this stuff out myself through the years before youtube was a thing and i wish someone had educated me. I figure if no one ever tells you how would you know yanno? Of course anyone that doesn't know would think more fps= better in every scenario. Regardless nice video keep up the good work man!

i also completely agree 100% on your input about the system introducing latency according to certain components and pc specs and optimazation , i usualy get a minor input lag when i put that option on but i can kinda counter that latency by overclocking my controller 😂 which feels wayyy better , i know it might not be the proper method but u know wat i mean .
Also your PC gotto be runing smooth as fk! acording to all those specific tweeks that yu have done to it!
i know exactly wat you mean because i hav been having this minor problem with mines that at some point at night it would perform like a beast and smooth as hell but then next morning it would just feel slugish n slow which made no sense , so basicly was always inconsistent in performance which was fustrating.. All ive been doin to it with all my testings to make it better is overclocking it but hasent help much as per inconsistent performance …
but i just recently decided to undervolt my GPU and for some reason it has been the best choice i ever made in the past 3 days with consistent performance.
i was goin to ask you bout it since you brought it up and i notice you have your GPU OC AND CPU UV … which way is the right away to get the most performance while undervolting? if you dont mind me asking.

Cod added fsr3 Frame gen free for all graphic cards. I tested this and it has much lower delay then dllss 3 Frame gen

Try lowering all your setting and have it on and see if it lets you
Using frame generation gives you crazy delay. You don’t wanna be using that in fps games. Dlss is what u wanna use. I get around 400fps without Frame generation

@@TakeNoteZ I got a i9 14900k, msi z790 ace motherboard. 6600mhz ram. And a rtx 4090. I’m about to upgrade my ram to 7200mhz and that will give me even more fps. Yeh! That’s never gonna happen bro. Well I don’t see it happening. If you want more fps over clock ur gpu and optimise ur pc. And get better ram depending on what motherboard u have

I dont know if im the only case, but after i turn on this setting in windows and restart my PC, after i load into warzone dlss setting just disappears. After i turn off this windows setting, dlss setting in warzone pops up but i cant turn it on since i disabled the windows one. Any ideas whats wrong?
I wouldnt reccomend frame gen for a multiplayer shooter as it adds input delay, its great for single player though.

With overclocking which is how i have it , yu get way higher fps , good perfomance but sometimes fps might not be stable n game might crash , so thats why ppl recomend undervolting better.. but yea i should give it a try n see the results i get

yea mayb turn down the Vram settings option, go to settings-graphics then Vram lower it either to 80 or 60 and see if it gets better etc and also lower your settings, do some troubleshoot wit it untill its stable fam 🔥💪🏾

hm i get like 300+fps with an rx 6600 no input delay also playing comp and doing awesome without it im still good ngl but gets like 200fps and without fsr i still get over 120fps for me if u have a decent pc u can use whatever u want unless u have high monitor refresh rate like me i have 165hz monitor so i want to get 165 and more

I turned it on yesterday to see how much of a difference it would give me even though without it I get 160 to 200 fps in multiplayer I don’t really feel a delay since I overclocked my controller it just feels the same to me
Nice! exactlyy that wat i be saying , because i know that the AI feature adds a bit of a delay but if yur controller is overclocked and your nvidia reflex is set to ON+Boost , then u can barely feel the delay 👍🏽.. how much FPS you get in multiplayer with it ON?
