Chris, you did a great job showing us the coach. It is a beautiful coach but I would be afraid to use it. I have 2 dogs and a husband. I can only imagine what it would look like in a year if we lived in it full time. It's just to nice to use for vacations only. I prefer something more simple (not cheaply made just simple). There is no need for fancy counter tops, tile floors and showers. It just makes the coach heavier which causes poor gas mileage when running down the highway.
Chris, that was lovely but only one glaring thing that I would definitely change if I could: all that dark-coloured wood. It reduces the luminousity everywhere and makes the place look like something from 1985. If you could make all the cupboards and woodwork white or light-cloured at least, it would be gorgeous!
I'm a Newmar fan and own a Mountain Aire. I find the location of the control panel over the drivers' seat a very awkward location. In my Class A, it's over the entry door with easy access. They should also have the touch screen really become a removable tablet to monitor all the functions. The touch pad for the lighting next to the opposing sofa seems to be inconvenient to reach. Newmar makes a great product, so the more feedback they get, the better for product development. I met Pam Miller in Louisville and I suggested that Newmar be the 1st RV manufacturer to offer an optional power Murphy Bed in the back bedroom. During the day, you have a fold down desk top, so the bedroom is a second living space. At night, you push the remote control and the bed, housed in a beautiful cabinet, retracts out of the cabinet to become a queen or king bed for the night. I think this option would be especially well received by full timers that need "space". I used this concept as a builder calling it "flexspace". A space with multiple uses.
That guy is so funny when pointing the corner shower with triangle built_in shelves to store bath stuffs (in the full bathroom shower), when he says "I don't use a lot of shampoo clearly but some people do I hear??" what he is talking about and I have to look back at his bald head one more time.....you're right my dear, no shampoo for you but not others!!!
How well does this do with whole rv heating in mid winter? Seems like it would be nice to have a fireplace under the tv in the bedroom and another near the sofa bed. With a closed door option to compartmentalize the heat at night. Lots of people on other channels saying biggest challenge to owning an rv (a significant investment) is that you cant sleep in one; year round due to weather.
I can't verify that it is the generator, but I did pick up on some background noise before you mentioned it. I like the presenter. Could use some practice so there's fewer filler noises. But then, I don't like my salesmen overly slick. And oh, the ones who have to yell. This guy's much easier to hang out with.
Basically this has a 12 kva transformer on board most rv parks dont have the capacity to run a monster like this. plan on using your diesel gen most of the time.I wonder if the gen will run the ac units in heat pump mode?
Could you please tell me if this is still available if not do you have something like this with the motorized bed and low mileage we are planning on selling our home and living full time so we need something that can with stand wintertime and we are looking for a 45’ or close to it used or decently priced new thank you so much.
It's definitely a nice RV, but there's still some things I would change in it. For example the double sink in the washroom is pointless and takes up a bit of space, I would only need one sink.
Several comments regarding the 'dated' interior styling, all on point. Sean mentioned that the vehicles are targeted at a certain demographic - gee I wonder what he meant by that. LOL the same people that had avocado green carpets and appliances. Watched Ed Sullivan and I love Lucy.
Have Newmar down rank the londonaire, because a few years ago it was their top of the line model, it got dropped and the Kingaire became top model, where does this stand on the ranking chart?
+Christopher Macias Insurance is available if you need it. Insurance rates vary depending on the registered owner, number of accidents, driving history, age etc. Nobody can quote your insurance costs except an insurance agent and even then it varies by agent,
When I see these I wonder why anyone would make a 1 million dollar motor home and out in such a dinky little kitchen. Two burners and no oven just seems like a dorm room. And there is also no counter space to work on. They are very nice in spite of these shortcomings.
I don't understand the really old fashioned and quite dated decoration in this and many other r.v's in America- Is it because only a certain demographic buys these things and it suits that taste? Are their any that have a younger person in mind with their internal decorations.
Michael Caton Michael, this is a deluxe coach. It's not about flash and pop. The upper end of design and décor pull from classic themes. It's something like the difference between fine art and Walmart art. There are a number of lesser coach manufacturers that offer more youth oriented decors.
Michael Caton The inside of this coach feels oppressive and depressing. I have to agree, it sure would be nice to see something other than "1800's old white man smoking room" decor. Something more chic and modern, and then also why not do a shabby chic version? Good modern design is certainly high end and luxurious as many expensive five star boutique hotels can attest to.
half - bathroom seems to be a waste of space to me. rather more for storage, special when one uses the - bus- as a permanent home on the road. instead of a TV in the bedroom i rather have a big vanity mirror. ladies need to do their face even on vacation or on the road. the drivers seat and the seat next to it, would the swivel back to be included in the -furniture? or is this against the driving - road - whatever law? who can afford that and who will drive this huge monster? i will be afraid to see some 79 or 80 yer old retiree chugging along the road...
Hahaha nice! I also will never shave my legs or believe I live on a spinning ball! Unless someone can prove I live on a Globe and not show me CGI imagery! Then that will be the day I shave my legs. The biggest joke is people believe they live on a spinning ball!
***** DOUBLE DITTTTTTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks,, I Looked at the Tiffin, and BIGGGGGGGGGGGGG dif In Price,,,,, and Tiffin is 100% Nicer,IMHO!,, TY,Jack PS,, wood Working WAY TO DARK,,Like the Hickory in tifffin,,,, But Thats ME!!!!!!!!!!
Damyan Guzman You do realise the salesman doesn't come with the coach don't you! I'm sure if you could afford to buy something like this, when you drove away, he'd be as pleased to see the back of you as you would him. He's just giving a quick overview of the item. People who are in the market for one of these units are probably going to know more about it than he does. The poor man is a salesman and not a television presenter and I think he did an outstanding job. I dare say the company could hire an actor or presenter and a professional film crew but that would cost a fortune and that would reflect on the price of the coach. I prefer the man who knows the item to do it than somebody who is there for a paycheck, reading a script and knowing previous little about what he's talking about. Get a life man.
Wow.... I could live in this full time with no problem.

Wow!! That’s one gorgeous RV! superbly done.

Amazing machine !!!!! We don't have that good RV or Motor Home's in Europe.
good? its tastless :D old fashioned full with gadgets ... looks like from 50's :(
P>S: google it you will find few motorhome company's in Europe ... an you can customize it even better than that ... CHEAPER! :d
***** 50's rocks man.
I love this soooo much. I think I was meant to have this and travel. One day...
I can't verify that it is the generator, but I did pick up on some background noise before you mentioned it.

Can we live in Canada with Sub zero temps in this Coach?
As it related to being able to use the Tanks
Basically this has a 12 kva transformer on board most rv parks dont have the capacity to run a monster like this. plan on using your diesel gen most of the time.I wonder if the gen will run the ac units in heat pump mode?
Most RV parks couldn't handle this monster.
Not true.
How did they get the refrigerator in there are the doors big enough to get a fridge in and out?
If I had this I wouldn't buy a house or apartment I'd just live in this and travel the country
+Antonio That's usually the point of a Motorhome, especially when you get over $200K prices.
?
So true
i find it beautiful and big enough ! i just wish i could buy it !
Mount comfort rv what is used on the floor? They look like shiny tiles. Very nice coach by the way
I was worried at first, but now I'm so happy i can put my $10 bill in the safe. ☺
I hate when people exaggerate the horse power and say ohh you have 600 hp and can tow 15,000 its all about the torque for towwing
I agree, but given that it's a diesel 600 HP we're probably looking at 1000+ lb-ft of torque.
Could you please tell me if this is still available if not do you have something like this with the motorized bed and low mileage we are planning on selling our home and living full time so we need something that can with stand wintertime and we are looking for a 45’ or close to it used or decently priced new thank you so much.
Here in Europe, dark brown wood with sharp corners and heavy molding appears so old fashioned but I still would not say no to one of these.
that is awesome man!!
Awesome ride!
Wow !! :)
I just fell in love with an rv, lets hope my wife doesn't see this one...
Can we live in Canada with Sub zero temps in this Coach?
Which RV's are considered the top dogs in the industry? Prevost?
Do you still have one or two and how much are they in 2020?
We're not currently carrying London Aires on our lot.
Thanks for the response! Chis what would you recommend as an alternative?
Great video sir.
It's definitely a nice RV, but there's still some things I would change in it. For example the double sink in the washroom is pointless and takes up a bit of space, I would only need one sink.
But some people do need it lol they didn't make the rv specifically for you
angel ivan why 2 people would be in the bathroom at the same time is gross
+Bulky Lee Because sometimes kids brush their teeth so the need a sink and I have 2 kids and they both need a sink but they fight over it
Anmol Sra i dont have kids
Love it!
if i had this good buy houes no property tax do you no how much money i save

Do you own a pawnshop in Vegas, by the way?
Can u add a video game console with controllers
maybe they can incorporate also the hood fan exhaust, because through experience rving cooking food smell allover the motorhome, just saying...
Do you need a different licence to drive this
I would make the fridge smaller and put an oven in the RV
verry nice this
Solar?
how much for it
In the State of California you can drive anything up to 40' with a regular license. Anything over 40' requires a "special license."
your smart
I say, can one order this with a tea sitting room?
For the gentlemen in the trailerpark
Average per gallon?
8
nice how much?
***** Is that MSRP? or your asking price?
It would suck if you got a chip in the windsheild
+kole726 Most chips can be repaired.
Sir, can I be your Sales Rep in Malaysia? TQ
Hi Haneef, we're actually a dealer. You'll need to contact the manufacturer to inquire about becoming a Sales Rep!
Thank you
When it's called London aire but it has the wheel on the left
With all the dark wood detail open cupboards within is a shame. Why isnt there dark wood inside cupboards? Nice coach otherwise
How about insurance?
+Christopher Macias Insurance is available if you need it. Insurance rates vary depending on the registered owner, number of accidents, driving history, age etc. Nobody can quote your insurance costs except an insurance agent and even then it varies by agent,
ME GUSTA
why would someone pay 470K for this when you could get a REALLY nice house for that
+Mount Comfort RV the price is right
+MrJanobala ...because that 470K also means you have to pay property taxes...even when you've paid off the 470K mortgage :-)

Michael Caton then you would want the Newmar King
I have to agree with you Michael. I find just about all rv manufacturers in America have these dated decorations.
It's very dated.....
