First, love your featured bikes. What is nice about this build is that anyone that has a K75 or K100 can get the parts to duplicate this UA-cam build. Just wish other builders were that market savvy!

Another fine example of what talented people like Matas can accomplish when the not so obvious is demonstrated. Your Photo Shop demo's of this project is outstanding. Your presentation and marketing skills could land you Head of Marketing in any one of the big motorcycling manufacturing positions if you keep out doing yourself every new Racer TV episode for much longer Dr. Frankenstein. Will you be riding your XS650 on Sept 27 for the 2020 DGR? Hope so. A side note. Just looked at Two Wheels Empire website and they have some nice bikes for sale at reasonable prices.

Hello guys, I purchased the same seat from the twisted brothers and I would like to make it look like your rear end. I love it. Is there by any chance any Cad drawings for the rear chassis tube that you could send to me so I can get it exactly right? Also how did you guys mount the rear stop light inside? Ya that's a difficult one to customizes, but there is one going around Galway City Ireland that's pretty sweet. It's across between a mean looking Rat and a Cafe. It's a beast of a machine. Only saw it standing never heard it run.
Ótimo vídeo como sempre. Sobre o banco, gostei muito da solução em fibra e na parte traseira. Penso que poderia ter sido feito um esforço maior para alinhar a frente do banco com o tanque. Todas as linhas naquele ponto, bem importante por sinal, são desalinhadas. Mas o projeto em si é bem agressivo, por ser um série K. É difícil transformar um tranquilo elefante numa tigre. Abraços.

I was also very surprised to see this misalignment or missed opportunity. If Matas had lifted the front of the tank 3 to 4cm, it might have made all the difference in the world to this eye sore.

O curioso é que estas velhas motos actualmente são relativamente baratas por aqui. Os preços rondam os 3500 a 4000 euros, ou seja, são das BMW mais baratas do mercado de motos usadas. :) Um abraço.
@@RACER_TV Caro amigo, dá para dizer que, quase tudo que é bom, falta. Os longos anos de proibição das importações abriram uma lacuna insuperável no mercado de autos e motos. E digo mais, mesmo hoje, a manutenção de um veículo um importado que ultrapasse os 5 anos de idade torna-se impraticável, dado o elevado custo de peças de reposição.
As always Victor, you have selected an aestheticly beautiful piece of rolling artwork ! Yep ! This K100's designers have hit yet another home run ! However, I am not quite sure what I am hearing on the rpm run-up as it approaches it's power band. It sounds to be breaking up a bit, I'm not quite sure is it is an ignition issue, or carburetion issue, is this bike not fuel injected Victor ? I guess this comes down to the arguments about today's Café Racers, style or performance ! My personal belief is the answer is definitely BOTH ! So I am hoping that I am not sounding overly critical of the project Victor, I know, at this point, the topic is about the critical styling of the balance of the rear faring, fuel tank, and front fork assembly. On that topic alone, like I said earlier, they have a home run !

I ordered this seat from twisted brothers. E-mailed a bit up and down to make sure it was exactly what i was looking for. Unfortunately after paying for it the communication stopped. It's been almost 6 weeks now and nothing was sent out or replied to my mails. Made a complaint through Paypal but they still don't answer. I'll upgrade it to a dispute and have Paypal sort it. just a warning to future buyers. Sad cuz I really liked the way it looked.

Sinceramente acho que a solução é mais simples que essa: o corte no chassi sendo dado na base do banco e trazendo a trave do chassi saindo do tanque por cima do ponto onde o amortecedor encaixa. Muito semelhante ao que se faz com uma Gn 125. Naturalmente se a intenção é a linha reta entre chassi/banco/tanque
I had an ex-police one of these, it had 170,000 miles on it and I customised it as a mad max style survival bike...ironically it got stolen!! Good bike, but engine lacked character for me. Nice job on this one, Cheers 👍🏻👍🏻

The BMW K series has always been a difficult motorcycle to customize. No matter how they are done, there is always something that is lacking, or appears to be over stated to compensate for the initial design, such as the rear cowl/seat design, the overly large shape of the engine, etc. However, the seat/rear cowl design on this bike and the two previous examples, for me is the number one advance for making the K series a much better looking machine! There is no need to discuss the performance of the engine, because Let's be honest, it is an example of German engineering. This design is a giant leap forward, and seemingly simple and subtle component. Two Wheels have just turned the world's eye for customizing the K series on it's head...

The BMW K100 is a motorcycle that, when I see it, gives me boredom, a feeling of heaviness. It just doesn't excite, even being an advanced machine in its time. Even the appearance of the engine looks like a box of something my grandmother kept in the attic. Very sad for a brand that has created exciting machines. The solution to those dilemmas on the part of Two Wheels Empire is something that on the contrary excites and presents ways to achieve something that seemed impossible. I can only say that I like it.

To me the rear end does not look so good. But when the driver sits on it, he covers the mis shape with his upper legs. But of course You are nice to those guys who's bikes You introduce as it should be.

I had an ex-police one of these, it had 170,000 miles on it and I customised it as a mad max style survival bike...ironically it got stolen!!

The BMW K series has always been a difficult motorcycle to customize. No matter how they are done, there is always something that is lacking, or appears to be over stated to compensate for the initial design, such as the rear cowl/seat design, the overly large shape of the engine, etc. However, the seat/rear cowl design on this bike and the two previous examples, for me is the number one advance for making the K series a much better looking machine! There is no need to discuss the performance of the engine, because Let's be honest, it is an example of German engineering. This design is a giant leap forward, and seemingly simple and subtle component. Two Wheels have just turned the world's eye for customizing the K series on it's head...

The BMW K100 is a motorcycle that, when I see it, gives me boredom, a feeling of heaviness. It just doesn't excite, even being an advanced machine in its time. Even the appearance of the engine looks like a box of something my grandmother kept in the attic. Very sad for a brand that has created exciting machines. The solution to those dilemmas on the part of Two Wheels Empire is something that on the contrary excites and presents ways to achieve something that seemed impossible. I can only say that I like it.

To me the rear end does not look so good. But when the driver sits on it, he covers the mis shape with his upper legs. But of course You are nice to those guys who's bikes You introduce as it should be.
