I was diagnosed with cancer last week... I was doing wim hoff deep breathing exercises and this came on next... I laid for an extra half hour with my hand on my heart, feeling so incredibly blessed for this life... the opportunity to live... such an incredible gift... im filled with such overwhelming thankfulness
I was listening to my affirmations this morning then this music came on. I saw you comment while reading through and wanted to say Merry Christmas and I'm to hear about your diagnosis. My thoughts and prayers will be with you because I know in my heart that the power of prayer, love and laughter works. May your days be filled with all three.
I too had cancer I am now in remission... this kind of experience can definitely bring us closer to our inner being. For me this experience is where my faith was tested... I am not religious as such but I do believe in the collective conscious and I do we believe we have the power to keep moving forward even when it feels dark. You are clearly an amazing person who listens to their intuition. Keep strong and allow yourself to feel whatever is necessary while you embark on this journey. Trust that it's always working out for you. Your inner reality is priority. I keep you in my thoughts and I wish you a healthy a full present and future x

Ah, another of your splendid videos, Johnnie. I used to walk around the neighborhood for exercise. My stress level, depression, anxiety, etc, is certainly not relieved doing this due to the loud traffic, loud people..so much noise, so many distractions, audio and visual. Now I take the bus to a park that has miles of quiet trails through a forest filled with old growth trees, hanging moss, birds singing, deer...it has become a constant healing experience, these jaunts in the woods. I begin on the waterfront side, walk the waterfront then into the woods. With these solitary walks ...well, as I once heard someone put it so succinctly, "my spirit, my soul dances, rejoices". Also, thank you for sharing about mindfulness, a new concept for me, and I look forward to trying this form of meditation. I'll begin tomorrow...in the forest. :) Marita

Following an operation I have been slowly healing but a bit slow in getting out of bed. So a cup of tea and listening to this oh so beautiful calming music helps me to feel relaxed . Even my dog seems to enjoy it while laying next to me or on his bed. This music can help one heal, calm or just feel peaceful for a while.
I have now opened my curtains to a peace of sunshine and an abundance of bird song.
