- Park Model homes is excited to present the Krop Eldorado Porch Model. This model didn't come light on the features and special design. This park model comes with the LP Smart Siding which is a very durable painted lap siding. It also comes with an incredible amount of window space to bring in a lot of natural light just to make the smaller space feel massive! The kitchen comes with the nice touch of Corian counters, full extension backsplash, Toe kick lighting and under cabinet lighting. This model also features a brand-new staircase no one has ever seen! No pricing? I like to know if it’s doable before contacting someone, just because if it’s to high, I wouldn’t want to waste either of our time. I’m only looking for pricing as model is shown here.
Because the prices on these things are so high a double wide is the same price.
TS 2:44 Love the aluminum underbelly. I didn't think about rodent and pest protection and this completely eliminates that problem.

I love this model! But...I hate those cheap looking paneled walls! Can that be changed to sheet rock? Also, can there be a regular front door instead of sliders? Other than those two things, it's perfect. ❤
We have other builders that do drywall but not this builder. The drywall cracks during transport and can be a maintenance issue for the end user. And yes we can door a man door in place of sliders.

I know a couple people that’ve bought tiny homes. One thing I’ve learned from them is you want as little drywall as possible. If the place you’re buying from is close by or owns & operates the park it’s not a big an issue but if it’s far away or you plan on moving it in the future you don’t want drywall. This is one of the only channels I’ve noticed that are honest about stuff like that (& in general). I’ve also noticed some of the other well known channels are pretty deceptive & regularly show shoddy work -though they try to hide it.

I think this one is beautiful. I have a question. If you have your land could you have one built on it and have a wood foundation? Also could you make the loft part a second story instead of just a loft? No wheels just a tiny home.

I do like it & the colors. My only concern is not enough hanging clothing space in the bedroom, even after downsizing. I guess some could go upstairs in some of those cabinets. OR could the stairway be enclosed underneath & have an overflow closet there?!
I love this model. It's nice and well thought out. However, for me. I would opt in for a smaller refrigerator. I don't need to store that much food. I am impressed that it's a turn key home. Beautiful 💖
I agee! I raised 3 kids with a smaller fridge and certainly don't need a larger one in my 60's.

I would want some space between the range and the fridge. A heat producing appliance next to an appliance that keeps things cold is not wise, especially one with live flames. Also, no room for the handles of pots and pans on the left burners. Can one have a regular drop-in sink instead of one that sticks out that you have to reach way under to get under the cabinet? I would pass on that island and get one from Wayfair that has more storage and casters that you can move it around as you see fit.

Are mini splits and awning windows an option for these models? I like the look of the stairs, are wood storage stairs also an option? Finally, I've never seen skylights in park models.. is that a possibility? Thank you in advance for your reply 🙂
I love the stairs.....I've seen them in some tiny houses and they are the coolest. I'm wondering Joey, if the home could be put near a ski lodge and still be warm inside in the winter?

you know what would be cool on that refrigerator is if the door was able to slide open rather than pull open that way you could see through the sliding door, save on having to open it up and stand there searching for what you want...

These tiny homes are beautiful! I wish the builders would consider not such high end models since so many people want to downsize but no way can afford this. No way will these help homeless people OR so many other hard working tax paying Americans still trying to catch the American dream of owning a home. Its sad . Always about the $! We'll never end homelessness this way.

Yes it does not count against the square footage, so it is still considered an RV.

We have less expensive homes available. That has practically every option in the book, and that includes delivery anywhere in the country.
So take the 399 SF plus 50% of the front porch SF = 443 SF divided into say $ 140,000 = $ 316 per SF. That's equal to the price of a NYC apartment. I think someone needs to go back and sharpen their pencil.

why aren't there subdivision communities for park model homes... why is everything focused only on the wealthy and their need for huge homes.. I want a park model home just like this, do I have to be a millionaire to own one..
There are parks and communities all over the place. We are building one right now in Kooskia Idaho.
The sacrifice of usable space that's lost from the other models, this one is a total miss for me.
Takes away too much of functional living space in the living room, prefer the single entry door in the kitchen. My opinion
