Would it be a bad idea for a newbie with a 23’ trailer who hasn’t mastered backing in yet to stay here? You said it’s tight so that worries us.

You should fit just fine. One just has to take their time and not rush. Thanks for watching.

I grew up going to this campground in the late 70's and early to mid 80's. Thanks for bringing some good childhood memories back. I have sat in that cold crystal clear river, with my pool floaty and Rub-a-Dub Dolly, leaning down to drink the water. I have swam in the water are across the street before any playground existed there. We tent camped only (I slept in our van, I was asthmatic). Best campground ever besides the Cape Cod Bourne Scenic Campground, in the "cove" area near the canal view. If you ever come to Colorado, Try Buena Vista, you'll love it there, or come to Cotopaxi/Coaldale areas. The Arkansas River is awesome.

I love watching your Reviews and there very informative and helpful.
I booked a site at lost river valley campground before I saw this video, but your review made me feel more comfortable with my decision to book a site there.
It looks like a very nice old school campground.I stayed at Moosehillock campground not far from there because they had more going on for my 6 year old son. It was like sleeping in a amusement park.
I think I will like this better.thank you.
