A reflective discussion video of the Canadian Pallium Project designed to support self-reflection and group dialogue about the challenged and opportunities associated with advanced planning dialogue at times of transition in the continuum from curative therapies to disease-modifying therapies to palliative therapies (or curative therapy to palliative care planning).
