6:18 If you end up opening with darngia, the promo, and a base, you can actually have 3 bases set on turn 2. After playing this deck for a few weeks at locals, it’s crazy how consistent that is. This deck is super fun, though it is susceptible to deck out if you’re not careful.

While probably not the smartest thing to do since my hand usually dwindles down to practically nothing after the turn, I love going hyper aggro on turn 2 because for me, it feels optimal. Most of the time, I open into Darngia and if I do, all is right in the world.
If anyone wants to know my optimal setup (very long explanation btw) for what I believe is this deck's strongest Turn 2 field, my optimal hand is to open into darngia and a base and goes as follows:
    1. By Turn 2, the opponent will likely have swung at least once, which you take for the 1 CB needed for this.
    2. On ride up to G2 or at some other point in the turn, you could discard Base.
    3. Main phase, call Darngia to back row corner -> soulblast G1 Architect Paseel (very important to reach big number) -> set base and hope for Broad Felvis, Foriel, or Bold Salos if they aren't already in hand
    4. Set Base searched from ride up for turn from hand to hope for the same as the previous step
    5. Use Wired Klosten to scout Broad Felvis or Foriel and draw for more discard fodder, depending on which you want to call from base
    6. Rest Base to call Broad Felvis to the front or Foriel to the back middle -> discard Bold Salos to proc his skill and use the 1 open counterblast -> Scout the soulblasted Architect Paseel back into base -> call Bold Salos in front of Darngia
    7. Call Broad Felvis to the front or Foriel to the back middle from hand, depending on which one is open at this point
    8. Rest your other standing Base to call Architect Paseel in the last remaining open circle in the other back corner.
So my board would look like this
    2 rested Bases
    1 used CB
Broad Felvis Wired Klosten Bold Salos
    Architect Paseel Foriel Darngia
This gives an 18k boosted VG swing, 20k Bold Salos swing, and a 23k Broad Felvis swing due to Architect Paseel being a 13k booster on turn 2 (and snag Persona ride from the Base if possible). As for the swing order, you could swing with vg for a lower chance of defensives screwing you over and a higher chance of drive checking another combo piece for the future, or swing with Broad Felvis first to set the base you hopefully have in drop to deck thin some more and hope for a crit or something.
This is the earliest and strongest field I could cook up when I started playing this deck, even though it does minus quite a lot, leaving ~2 cards in hand at the end of main phase. 😂
Alternatively if you open into Darngia and no base, you could find a way to get 2 Bold Salos in the front and Foriel to boost the VG, and get 2 bases up to get the 18k VG swing and the 2 20k Bold Salos swings. But just normal calling feels like a waste of a Bold Salos recycle tho cuz I don't run Capable Helper in my 46 card main deck list atm.
Now, even if they damage deny me for Turn 3 in some way, that's fine to some extent because this means I can take more damage in order to try and survive until my Persona Ride turn (which is fine cuz I need the CB and will prob check defensives from all the deck thinning), where I say "It's Hero Time!", play the Ben 10 theme, and hopefully Hero Time all over the place with Darngia multi attacks.
If they keep damage denying me, I'll prob lose tbh but I haven't been damage denied after my Persona Ride turn yet, so I'll know when I find out. 🤷‍♂ Also, my board has yet to be completely wiped out cuz I don't go to locals very much and mostly play with friends that don't have too much unit removal (aside from one friend that played Gandeez Nuts but scalped the deck to build new Jheva), so I'll learn how painful that is another day.
Even though I could probably play more conservatively and probably survive much more easily into my Persona Ride turn, I saw the opportunity to do a very strong Turn 2 rush in this fast meta and cooked this play up. So if you guys have more success trying to survive longer and playing more conservatively than doing this play, please tell me so I can stop doing this crazy play and hopefully win more. I tried playing a bit slower once, but I opened into Darngia and Base and naturally ended up rushing anyway cuz all the pieces fell into place. Because I'm trying to get my bases up and running ASAP, I already get Darngia and Broad Felvis on the board, so I figured that if I was going to rush, might as well go as hard as possible.
Anyway, pulling off this hyper aggressive Turn 2 play is incredibly satisfying imo if you get everything off (aside from all the discarding from ride up, Darngia, and resting the second base 😭). However, my favorite thing to do when playing this deck, even more than saying "It's Hero Time" and Hero Timing all over the place, is that when I set my first base, I declare that, "The World becomes BASED" (like Orfist Dark Night) and I have a funny progression as I set each new Base.

Love the build, ironically put my 50 card pile together yesterday for this. Definitely going back and considering some of your choices!

Heroes have a great rush, but if they get rushed back it can hurt. Although, a Drajewled rushed me, and I still killed them turn three. It’s a great deck!

(Also I love deck thinning so this + Megalonozuchi are my current go-to’s)

I primarily look for a Base and Amass for my opening hand.

I'll keep four foriels in the deck. I sometimes don't see her in a single game or in the late game. So I won't lower my chances. And my opponents like to retire her a lot. So spares are welcomed.

The deck isnt that reliant on her that you need 4. If it gets retired you just fetch it with bold salos or hide them in the base until you want to push on a persona ride turn.
