well i use to play yugui when i was young now i want to play a cheap tcg and start to play bss everyone says is cheap XD but i was a little impresed when i see this video (i live in latam so everything is a bit expensive vs the original prices)

Generally speaking, if someone wants to play a single deck it's usually cheaper to buy singles, but top players are usually just buying an entire case or 2 every set anyway so they have all the cards they need to build any deck possible. It usually saves them money when they pull expensive cards or can resell extra copies of cards to recoup the cost of the case. One of my friends does that and he'll usually make back at least half the price of the case or more by reselling cards. A few times he's sold $1000+ cards that made back the cost of the entire case so all the other cards were basically free.

The answer to that question is simple

I think another good example was Masques decks, going first means you keep original version or sacrifice persona ride, going second, you get persona ride and masques version

Regarding that issue with going first... i went second today against jewel knights. While i was sitting on my G2 with 10K my opponent had a G4 Stride Unit with 28K Power, Tripple drive and double crit. On top he was able to pull off 4 attacks by spamming the field with rear guards while i was begging my deck for atleast one defensive trigger. The defense shield was a nice idea but became obsolet in the same set where it was released due to stride units that can stride in the first G3 turn while the other player sits on a G2 that can´t even use G-Guardians.

Bushiroad making Levidras Empireo: No one will use the new guy as their first grade 3! They'll totally just wait for it. Players: Wooo 3 Markers! Turn 3!

The issue atm is just Bushiroad refuses to admit they fumbled because it would be bad PR. We desperately need equalizer cards but its rarely given *Looking at you Roto being a few sets late for your vital PR.*. Either that or give players ways to neuter going 1st advantage besides trigger sacking.

Be Daiyusha. Goes second, gets extra energy and draw. Still rides to G3 first 95% of the time. I think only thing locked for past G3 ride was the +5k field buff and the "pseudo Divine Skill" that gives a drive on restand.

With the current meta, playing stride decks aint so bad as it benefits so much for going second. Im currently playing Nightrose more often at my locals & lowkey cooking 🧑‍🍳

Make a second energy generator where the skill gives the user +2k power during the opponent’s turn if the Vanguard is grade 2 or less. Give us defense!

I was thinking, now that there is a new Varga, we can make a budget version of the deck with the old one now that is cheap 🤔

Not to mention the problem is more exasperated with the new Going First rule introduced early last year. Making the player to choose to go second if they know they’re opponent has a G zone or they know going second is better, meaning if you high roll all day and choose whatever you want, there are no disadvantages or knowing how to play against certain matchups if you went first or second, you just high roll.

Rorowa's a decent example I think. Going 2nd unlocks the 5k Token board buff, 5th attack with G3 Rady, and the +10k for the G2 Momoke. Going 2nd, with the extra cards, also gives more chances of actually have Radylina in hand to play G2.

Bastion Accord is a great example! Going first was good because big numbers, but going second you got a big bonus because your drive checks were unlocked!

I also think shiranui is right were it should be on your list we agree on that but yeah liael is able to murder lianorn and Shoji and prison and zorga. Liael has so much it can it do it doesn't have to have the promo and it has an amazing game against levidras but has a bad match into vita .

While I agree with your best decks vita and impero but liael is so much better than varga even with out the promo and we are already seeing lists prove that

Rezael Vita and Levidras Empirio are too solid deck, they have everything, offense and defense. hate fighting against them. And yet they still will get support on upcoming set, so it still getting stronger. how annoying

as someone who started the game a week ago with standard, this was really helpful. This game honestly has a problem with rules documentation, since you basically spin the wheel when looking up something as a new player. The rules on most sites and videos often times dont specify which format they are from, so you have to guess what is correct or not (also, only having okish simulators that are manual doesnt help...). Also, is it bad that i am just straight up ignoring every grade 4 and card that says "stride" as a new player? i have no clue how they work XD

I genuinely dont know what will get hit during the conference knowing during BCS most Top deck is both Vita and Empireo, that is literally with Fuurai and Izasou still at max copy.
