How can it be proved by a person if the person making it is dead. The person is clearly not dead.
If the person making statement dead it will be relevant u/s 32 but in section 21 the statement which is made in ordinary course of business or routine work it can be proved even if it goes in favour of person who makes that statement. If the person makes the statement in ordinary course of business and after making that statement if he dies it will be relevant under section 32 and if he survives it will be relevant under section 21.
