I think the vibe Balmer really is hoping for is like what you see here in Europe. Not just in football/soccer games but also in basketball. Just look up matches between Partizan and Crvena Zvezda. Fenerbahce vs Galatasaray. Panathinaikos vs Olympiacos. Aris vs PAOK. That's the type of atmosphere you want and what the NBA is sorely missing.
Damn, I think this arena will have a special and unique atmosphere.

There's going to be 1,160 toilets and lots of concession stands because they do not want people to wait in line. They should go back to their seats when done so they don't miss out on the action. There's also going to be a 44,000 square-foot scoreboard so the fans can look at the stats while watching the action play out.
