No matter how much you believe she's "throwing away an opportunity," the opportunity isn't worth destroying her mental health and possible her relationship with the other queens and Michele. I think she actually acted in a really mature way. She was able to assess the situation, realized if she continued to go through it that it would only make things worse, and stopped it before it got too damaging.
I never once thought Adore was being a "pussy" or was being a coward or whatever. I could see in her eyes that she was REALLY going through some tough mental health shit, and when it gets like that, the ONLY thing you can do is take care of yourself. It's definitely the whole "If you can't [take care of] yourself, how and the hell you gonna [win All Stars 2]"

i am so so proud of Adore for knowing what she needed and protecting her mental health above continuing to participate in a competition that was not a safe space for her. She really is an inspiration to all her fans- if it's not right you don't have to stay just because everyone else wants you to.

I think all singers that have come out of Drag Race have very nice voices, but I feel as though Adore is the only one really saying something with her music. I can see her music being played on radio stations in the near future.

Did anyone notice how Michelle told Tatiana "It doesn't say Tatiana for me" when talking about her outfit, yet Adore was 100% Adore and she got judged unfairly and to the point she left? If this show doesn't start getting professional with the judges, I see it going down the drain. Adore is completely right.

she literally doesn't need the show tho. the edit has set up michelle to have drag know nothings from all over the world demean her and the show, while portraying adore with a very marketable vulnerability. even this video release was well timed :)
I think the problem was that they most likely told Michelle "you're going to need to be extra harsh this season because that is what people will expect" and since she knew Adore more personally, Adore was someone she felt more comfortable being harsh with, especially considering the way Michelle judged Adore on her season. After Adore came to her, I think she realized how she was judging wrong and adjusted accordingly, which is why she judges Tatiana that way.
That Black sequin isn't 'Adore' at all, nothing screams Grunge or Rock Star to me. She even admits that Bianca Del Rio picked that out for her, trying to step it up by using Michelle's critiques she's gotten from the road. By not being her self and trying to feed in to the judges' favor I think that's where she fumbled on, she's not 100% her self with that outfit and it shows. But this, in this music video is the adore she should've brought in to the competition, however this is a year later and she probably grown so much from the All Stars situation.
I feel like Adore could have easily won AS2 if the judges actually gave her a chance.

I feel like Adore is actually the most iconic and unique queen,because of how down to earth and relatable her style is.With all respect,but the rest of rpdr queens give this circus feeling,while adore's looks are something that people are actually wearing,which kinda makes you feel more acceptance for the drag because you can actually see yourself in her.I'm glad adore left all stars and didn't turn into this typical pageant queen.

Adore's drag is different. It's grungy. It's punk rock. It's a blend of music and art. Her walking off I feel was her coming to terms with the fact she's not a typical queen and she uses drag as a vessel for her voice and entertainment and that she may not fit in a competition environment. And to me that's perfect, even if she's not meant to be in a competition she is still the adore we love so much.
