Not enough charred edges. I think you stirred ‘em waaaay too much. Cool grilling tool though.

You made that look so easy and delicious. I have a basket like that but I after seeing your example I now know that I was way overcooking my veggies! I quit grilling veggies, but after seeing this video I'm going to start again. I wasn't doing green beans but now I sure will. You didn't put any mushrooms in the mix and I think you should give them a try, especially baby portabello mushrooms. Great video. Thanks again Amy!

Thanks Clark! The key is not to overcook...to leave them crisp tender as they say. They are delicious! Thanks for watching!

    I. Love. Grilled. Veggies. I do this quite often but I usually use kraft sun dried tomato dressing. Super delicious.

We did something a little different today. We had guests over. What to feed them two days after Thanksgiving??? FAJITAS!!!! So, we marinated some flap meat (fajita meat), onions and bell peppers. We also cooked up some chicken, but didn't go thru as much work. I used my 15 inch cast iron skillet and dumped and cooked the veggies. Then did the fajita meat. The chicken was rotisserie meat from Sams Club (was too lazy to cook three birds myself). I did pull the meat, add fajita seasoning, lime juice and the juice from the birds back into the 1/2 sheet pan and put that on the Weber for about 5 minutes to get some smoke. That woke them up and were quite tasty. I then held the meat in the oven until the guests arrived. I did the veggies and fajita meat after the guest arrived. Totally tasty. Now, I'm re-seasoning my skillet since I had to wash the stuff out. At least that's one good thing about having a grill handy (to help re-season a skillet). I did it once in the oven, but didn't use enough aluminum foil to catch the grease and I had a bit of a grease fire. LOL!!!!

You can buy them in a few BBQ stores here in Australia. I got mine from a local shop in Canberra. Cheers.
