The girls finally get to show off their hastily completed animation! I love the excitement in this show so much!! If you want to see the next episode's reaction right now, check out our Patreon: www.patreon.com/semblanceofsanity
Can a mod pass this on to the bros? I'm providing explanation of where the accent comes from and in what context. That wasn't equivalent of southern bumpkin. What Asakusa did was "Edokko" talk, old rural informal old town Tokyo speech, imagine someone from Brooklyn or Queens in thick NY accent. Actually the closest equivalent I can think of is the Cockney accent from London. It's not a "proper" speech from an upscale or downtown folk, it was used mostly by peasants and poorer old town folks. Keep in mind, even her name "Asakusa" is an old town in Tokyo with exactly where you'd expect the "edokko" talk would have been used century ago.
Kanamori is the kind of person every creative venture needs: The pragmatist who will nail the artists feet to the floor so they don't get lost on whatever flight of fancy they have. It helps that she's also a total chad.
Let's not forget: Their anime was in black and white, and at some point, there was only linearts but the public was *so immersed* everyone thought it was 4D.
This show is about the creative process - and that was never more emphasized than when, at the end of the screening, the three girls are completely absorbed in critiquing their own work. The student council, the security club, the rest of the room is GONE for them - and they are completely absorbed into their own world of creative inspiration. The way they energize each other is just. the. best.
I'm an 3d animator so my friend was in this show's project as animator tho. I was soo jealous. This show is my favorite anime in these years as animator.
I seriously can't for you guys to experience more of the girls long and exciting creative journey with building up their own portfolio of different animation projects through the rest of this amazing anime. For real this series is one of my top favorite anime shows for a reason mainly because it's truly is just one great loving letter to not just animators but also to artists or character designers or basically anyone who works within the ever stressful, demanding, difficult world / field of animation. As well as toward those who just have an passion for the arts or for creativity in general which is something I strongly relate too; am excited for you dudes to get to the gals future development as characters especially when it comes to Kanamori & her backstory as well as Mizusaki background with her parents too , like this anime is really something great.
Are these not the Crunchyroll subs? I don't remember the dark-skinned student council girl having an accent like that, and Asakusa's rant wasn't *that* unintelligible.

To illustrate how weird the clubs in this school are, the "riot police" are actually students from the Security Club.
Stanford experiment intensifies
Also they were animated as pc made loops they were talking about earlier.
this show is so cathartic and validating for "creatives", it gets me emotional
Validating for creatives is the perfect way to describe this show
Asakusa's line at 10:40-10:45 is one of the most poetic things I've heard in my entire life.

This show is mixing real side and passionate side. not like Shirobako and I love it. really be moved.
Great reaction! “Love filled kidney stones” is definitely the best line of the episode.
Asakusa's line might be the best line for the year in my opinion.
If an anime, makes an anime, are they making live-action?
W o a h, R/Showerthoughts
funny thing is, there is a live-action of this anime
@@incorrectplin4344 I know, I actually have an episode or 2 saved somewhere.

Can't wait for Doumeki to appear and they do the entire discussion referring to her as a guy

I was wondering that too, a lot of the translations are very different from what I remember.
The bros seem to prefer fansubs when possible, and this show is no exception.
fun fact theyve mentioned parts of the opening sequence was based on drake- hotline bling
One of the best episode..that was really inspiring..great job girls..

WTF!!! That's my fav food.
Where do you guys watch this show? The subs are different from Crunchyroll.
They're watching a fansub, which you can only get through piracy.
@@CWINDOWSsystem32 That's odd, I wonder why they prefer that to official subs. It's not hard to watch on Crunchyroll.
@@musicisum0405 they do that to almost all the shows
