Aldo was a stud, no doubt, but honestly it's REALLY hard to make a case for him against Volk or Max. Volk also went undefeated for a decade, beat Aldo head to head, beat Holloway (who beat Aldo twice) 3 times, and went up to 155 and almost beat Islam who will prob go down as one of the best LW ever. Hard to argue against Max too, cuz against similar competition they both beat the same guys, both lost to Volk and Conor, except Max went to decision Aldo got finished in 13 seconds. Max finished Aldo twice, and the only losses he has in a decade are one at 155 and Volk. Aldo meanwhile has 3-4 losses at 135
