If I’m going to spend $30 on a beauty box, I would definitely expect to recognize a couple of brands!
At first glance I thought it was a good assortment of very usable products but I recognized the temu brands right away too lol. Which like you said there are some real gems on temu but if I'm subscribed to a box that promises $100 + value, I would hope they are being honest. I could probably find all of those items on temu and still spend less than the $29 for the box. 🤷🏽♀️
I ordered this, got it yesterday...Temu all the way, could have gotten for half that on Temu....cancelled immediately!

Exactly it’s a more cheaper dupe brand box. I don’t feel it’s worth the $29 value. I would rather get the items elsewhere. But, excited to see yr tryon. I haven't gotten to the unboxing yet but when I first seen this on social media I thought, that looks like all Temu makeup. 👀
By the way, indie brands can be International as well. One very good example of an indie brand that is not from the United States is, NABLA, which is an Italian indie brand. Indie just means independent and not owned by some multi mega corpore galomerate.

I get Eye Scream beauty box (which I love) I will have to pass on this box. It does look like an older Boxy Charm (miss them)

I could be writing but the eye shadow pallet looks like what I've seen at 5 below.
The eyeshadow can be set with a similar powder

You do get a lot of cute products but I don’t think the value is there like they are claiming. Everything can be purchased cheaper elsewhere. I signed back up for Boxy by Ipsy and was not disappointed in august. I get to make my choices tomorrow 😊🎉 p

I just looked up their website and you can see the past months. Looks like you got the March box from this year
A lot of the brands they use are from temu and aliexpress...not worth $30 to me...july star is on both of those, and when adding up the first 4 items of last months box, on both of those sites those first four items only came up to $10.50 to purchase from those sites...the mascara they had in that box I found for only 56 cents
If you do try in ons with the products I try your honest opinion

Those are og ali express brands, well o.two.o, pudaier & banxeer for sure. Doesnt mean they're bad tho. Trial & error like everything else I suppose.
Thanks for your info, I appreciate it. This is a hard pass for me. If I wanted these brands I would buy the actual shades I wanted on Temu.

I had the same thoughts. I don't think it's a bad box but the company saying it has a value of over $100 and contains "indie" brands is a stretch 🤔
I just subscribed to this to check it out for a couple months. I received a shipping notice 4 days ago but was not able to track it. I received another shipping notice this morning but still unable to track it. I sent an email asking what was going on. They did respond very quickly and said my Aug box went out 4 days ago and Sept was just shipped. Also said shipping takes 20 to 25 days. I've seen the one brand on Temu....so I'm guessing it's not a US box.

I have been getting this box for about four months. They don’t give a card so I’ve gone online to see value of the items, I am yet to find a box that I have received that comes to their $105 value.
Also, I have not received any of the items that you just got in your box. Maybe a special box for PR. 🤷🏻♀️

If you compare the box on my channel to what was received in this box, totally different items .
It's not even close to boxy charm because with boxy charm, you at least recognized some of the brands!
