+cFc FiRe and that's why they make the manual. It's right there in the book. Plus all features are listens there too. 2005 mustangs only had a lock cylinder on one side so to unlock both doors you turn the key twice, or you would get the window feature where you hold the key one way to roll the windows up and one way to roll them down. The feature is to let your car vent when it's been in the sun. The Windows stop as soon as you release the button so you could crack the Windows and the anti theft will still be active.
+Eric Gentry the "hidden compartment" is where you put your remote if you remote battery dies so the car will still start. The remote has a chip in it so the car will read the chip and let you drive it as long as it's in the drawer to the left of the wheel. And quite calling the radio (sat/nav) that is a feature not a device name.

Being able to open the window outside the car is handy if your parked in a tight garage or parking slot. It enables you to lean over the door making it easier for you to get in and you basically only have to open the door enough to get your legs inside.

To pull up the windows with remote, simply press and hold the lock button on the remote. Same as you hold unlock button to roll them down. Old feature in Ford cars.

The reason you can roll down the windows with the fob is because it helps dissipate the heat before you enter the car. A great feature on a hot day. Especially useful if you have a black interior.

In countries like mine (tropical countries), the climate is constantly hot and sometimes when you just get to your car, you want to lower the windows, come out and wait a bit until some fresh air passes through and wax it cold, then you can get back in and put on the AC...makes sense

Auto window roll down is usefull if your car has been parked the sun. I do this remote roll down on my car as I walk up (on hot days) to let the heat out before I actually get in.
